Best place to stay in Nashville!

Everything about our stay was great! The condo was perfect for us, two couples. Kim really does stock the condo with just about anything you need. The pool was lovely and helped make this feel like a vacation. Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Plenty of places to eat around the condo as well (Jonathan's was a group favorite!) This is the only place I will stay anytime we come to Nashville.

First time to Bashville

Great location. Very walkable. Upon check in, there was a problem with the AC, but Kim was ON IT! It was fixed promptly and we had a wonderful (and cool) stay in Nashville.

Home away from home

Kim was a terrific host. Her condo was just perfect. Right on the Cumberland River with all the comforts of home. Kim was available by text with a quick response for any questions we had including recommendations for a good pizza. Although it was only 1.5 miles from Broadway it was a little far of a walk for us. (We’re in our 60’s). Uber was just a short ride away. We would totally stay here again!

This is a great property. It is very clean and the host is very responsive. We enjoyed an easy walk to Broadway and also visited a few local spots in Germantown. We highly recommend staying here.

Incredible trip to Nashville!!

This condo was perfect!!! Kim thought of every thing you could possibly need on a trip and had it in her condo. Great location, great space! Kim was wonderful to deal with. We were a group of six life-long friends in town for a girl’s trip and this condo was the ideal spot for us. Highly recommend !!

Close to Downtown

Not too bad of a walk to Broadway (downtown), close to lots of dining/food options, loved the view of the river and the wildlife we could see from the balcony (woodchucks, bunnies, raccoons). Worked well for my multigenerational family with plenty of sleeping options.

This property has everything you need and more. Kimberly has included bathroom items such as soap and shampoo, kitchen items such as coffee and creamer, as well as extras like umbrellas and fun cowboy hats. I highly recommend and plan to stay here again next time I visit Nashville.

adult family getaway

the condo was just like the pictures online . Kitchen had tons of pots and dishes including blender and crockpot not that we used them . the only noise we had was from construction across the street but that was daytime only . the pool was nice and parking lot covered . nicely decorated and it’s music decor and a bluetooth speaker for your own music
