I loved everything about the property. It was like a home away from home. Clean, comfortable, nicw and unique decore (vintage record player, radio and coffee press options) And was in a trendy neighborhood where i felt safe as a single female traveler

It was a great option for a short stay. Having been displaced from my Nashville home due to the recent tornado, I needed a place to stay and feel safe. Oliver 12 South offered a great one bedroom apartment that fit my needs for a couple of nights. The space (living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath) was comfortable and surprisingly quiet, given that it sits directly above a popular restaurant. It was great to have a full size fridge and working kitchen, as well as washer & dryer. They also offered a great coffee set-up (whole bean and a grinder!). You can't beat the location as 12 South offers a great variety of stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. A few things of note that perhaps I missed in the original listing on Expedia - - The room I stayed in was on the 3rd floor and it was a walk-up building. Certainly not a deal breaker but it would be good to know that in advance. - I'm a fairly tech savvy person but I would have appreciated some basic instructions for the smart TVs in both the living room & bedroom as I had some trouble figuring out if there were options beyond Prime, Netflix, Hulu etc. - Same goes for the thermostat. I couldn't manage to adjust the temperature at all and since there is no front desk or staff on-site, I wasn't sure who to ask. Overall it was a positive experience and I certainly would stay at one of their properties in the future.
