3 Flat screen TV's, fully stocked kitchen. 6 Hair dryers, curling irons, shampoos, conditioners and body wash. Complimentary facial wipes. Luxury Linens, towels, fully stocked in every way!
I HAVE ANOTHER UNIT IN THE SAME BUILDING VRBO # 859099 that also sleeps 6 so if you have a large group it's in the same location with free covered parking for all vehicles and convenient to all. It's the same exact layout as this condo.

just like home

very spacious for 4 adults, beds where very comfortable and cozy living room. Kitchen was stoked with coffee!! Close to the main attractions we wanted to see and lots of parking.

Nice stay

Everything was as expected. Didn’t spend much time at the condo as we were out and about but it was great for our needs. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and not too far from downtown.

Great location & very welcoming!

This condo was great! The location was close enough to Broadway, but far enough away to be quiet! Right on the Cumberland River was a plus! Roomy enough for the 4 adults who spent time in Nashville. Accommodations were perfect! I cannot think of anything that I needed that wasn't there! Nicely decorated. Kim is great to work with and very timely with any (and we had a lot)questions! I would highly recommend!!

Just book it!

Couldn't ask for a better host. Kim was helpful in answering any questions, offering suggestions, and just having any toiletries or condiments on hand so we didn't have to pack all the extras. I would definitely recommend this condo but more importantly recommend dealing with Kim. Communication is a plus if you rent out a place. We had a wonderful time and appreciate the hospitality and help shown during our stay. Would definitely go back and rent this unit again.

Home away from home

If I could give the places more than 5 stars I would. The owner is beyond nice and welcoming. She had food and some drinks already in the kitchen, things in the bathroom already for you to use, etc. Usually, VRBOs you have to bring everything in yourself and clean everything before you leave. This place had it all. Just take out the trash, wash dishes, towels in the basket, and leave blankets on the bed. AMAZING!!!!

Amazing 50th b day

It was my sisters 50th the condo was so clean and beautiful, Kim was outstanding , easy to contact and even after my brain got the check out day wrong she was a huge help in letting us stay another day. We will definitely being booking again.

Excellent stay for a group on Nashville.

Great stay with a group of 5 ladies in Nashville. Location is good for walking to Germantown and a short Uber ride to Broadway. The apartment had everything we needed, including blow dryers and straighteners. The owner was very communicative and flexible with check in and out times. We were even allowed to store our luggage after check out!

Music City Fun

Kim is a great host. She communicated from beginning to to end.Great place. It overlooks the river. The view is unobstructed. This place is perfect for four people.Some reviewsmentionedrailroadtracks. Not to worry.we never had a train go by.If we return to Nashville we will definitely contact Kim again..Location is only minutes for Broadway.

Our stay in Nashville

Our time in Nashville was fun however we had a miscommunication with the condo . There was NO ELEVATOR and although Kim was trying to be accommodating (very accommodating)it was a real pain to take things upstairs and downstairs specifically with my brother who had a heart condition/ procedure. Although Kim said it had no elevator in the notes it was well hidden and clearly not worded correctly, in my opinion ! Thank goodness we didn’t have anyone who was in A wheelchair!! We would have been screwed!!Place was clean but super old ! Although it said it was close to Broadway, which it was , but not very safe walking distance because of all the construction.Honestly we would probably stay elsewhere next time.

Kim and her Husband were wonderful.!! Outstanding Hosts.And the accommodations were more than we expected. Very clean. And absolutely comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a perfect home away from home. Your hospitality was something I will never forget.
