Another fantastic stay in Nashville!

Once again, check in was smooth, & communication was quick and helpful. A Spacious, 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a large wrap around balcony. Our weekend stay was for a track meet at Vanderbilt University. We were only 6 minutes away which was great. During our stay there was a snow “storm” but we were nice and warm. Thanks for another fantastic stay!

College Visit

In Nashville to visit Belmont for our daughter. We enjoyed the area and this particular location very much. Plenty of food options and close to both universities, downtown and highways. The unit was nicely decorated and plenty of closet space. The new mexican restaurant on the ground floor is a must try if staying here. The owner was also accessible and kept in contact in case of any issues. Would stay again if my daughter ends up in Belmont.

Great Stay!

We were in town to watch our son run at the Music City Challenge Track meet at Vanderbilt University. Location was fantastic and only 2-3 minutes to Vanderbilt. New building! Condo/Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Wish we had more time to enjoy the wrap around patio balcony. Location was also very near all the things to do and see on downtown Broadway. Booking was super easy and communication fantastic! Thank you for a great stay.

Fantastic Stay by Vanderbilt

We were attending a Vanderbilt Graduation with family and this condo was everything I hoped it would be. The balcony and views of the West End Tower were amazing. I loved sitting on the balcony at night, people watching, and we were able to see the Flower Moon Tuesday night which was gorgeous. We specifically chose this unit because it had a large table to share our meals, washer and dryer, and plenty of room for our party of 5. The master closet is huge and the bathrooms accommodated everyone. We were able to walk to Centennial Park, Walgreens, and the deli. Very close to everything we needed. None of our party members had any complaints and I look forward to staying there again.

Exceptionally Clean and Beautiful View

Condo is beautiful. Very clean and modern. We enjoyed eating dinner at the dining table with the city view. Location is safe and not very noisy. Owner and management responded quickly to any questions and were kind and friendly. My only negative is we like firm mattresses. Unfortunately all the beds were memory foam (I think) which for us were uncomfortable. But memory foam sleepers would probably enjoy it.

Perfect!

I stayed here for 10 days on a medical visit to the City and the unit was perfect. The kitchen, laundry and bedrooms had everything we needed. I’m super picky about cleanliness and this unit didn’t have a dust bunny in sight and the bathrooms were very clean- well maintained. I felt safe in this unit - both the exterior building door and the door to the actual unit needed passwords to enter. Thank you for the stay- should I need to return to the city I will be reaching out again.

Bucket List Getaway

Your beautiful condo was the perfect location for us . Close to everything we were coming to Nashville to see and enjoy and yet far enough from the noise and crazy when you want to relax. We enjoyed being able to walk to a couple nearby places too. The condo was so clean and equipped with absolutely everything you would need. We liked being able to sit and relax out on the balcony . Communication with any questions was almost immediate. That is something that is always greatly appreciated when traveling from home. We are definitely planning another trip… the Opry has its birthday celebration… so we will be checking your properties in the future for sure ! Thank you so much for helping us in having a fantastic week in our home away from home !

Great Value and Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is new and well appointed, amenities like the gym and pool are fantastic. Room to speak out with teenager! Loved the convenience of the Mexican restaurant in the building too!! Owner was very attentive and communication was fantastic. We will definitely be back!
