Great place for family stay
The host was very accommodating when we had an unexpected hiccup with our stay. He was very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay in a nice neighborhood. The host provided coffee, condiments, bathroom supplies, spices, a well stocked kitchen, and a good tv package. We would be happy to stay here again.

Very nice. Quite location. Felt safe. Grocery store right down the road and Uber to Nashville very easy. The only complaint we had was the furniture inside and out was a bit uncomfortable and although we were gone a lot the down time we had would have been more enjoyable had things been more comfortable. But just perfect for two couples!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything in good shape and the place was clean. Nice location on the golf course far enough from the commotion of downtown as we were looking for a place on the quieter side. Easy drive or Uber ride to downtown. Our original plan included a previous scheduled stay that we added on to both before and after that required us to move. Wish we would have found this place earlier as we would have scheduled our entire stay here. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a great property backing on to a golf course. Zac was a great host. He communicated clearly and responded promptly to any questions we had. The house was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. It was close to the airport and downtown Nashville. We had a great stay!

Lovely condo with a great location!
This property is exactly as listed! The condo was clean and very comfortable. The necessities were already there, which saved a lot of time and money. Nashville Thanksgiving 22
Great location to access downtown Nashville, Opryland and Franklin areas. Condo layout works well for us with each bedroom upstairs having it's own full bathroom attached. Parking space was always available right outside the unit and the area was quiet. Enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Great Rental Property
This is our third stay in this property. Unit is clean and comfortable. Area is convenient and quiet. Host is gracious and accommodating. Enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the golf course. Very relaxing.

Truly As Advertised (or even better!)
The experience with this rental was smooth from start to finish. Communication with Zac was great -- he provided all of the important information very clearly and was easy to get in touch with along the way. He even went above and beyond by mailing us something we left in the house! This townhome is located in a huge and very walkable neighborhood. It's within a mile of a grocery store, coffee shop, etc. but it also feels far from noise. As soon as we opened the door we could tell that we'd have a good experience inside too. Everything smelled and looked so fresh and clean. The owner provided of extra towels, blankets, dishes, etc. but not so much that it felt cluttered or like we didn't have space for our own items. Furniture was comfortable and the layout was perfect. We would stay here again!

This townhouse was conveniently located, whether you wanted to go downtown or to the Grand Ole Opry or Opry Mills. We were amazed at the amount of items available to us in the townhouse for our convenience. Very comfortable beds too. Thank you to our host, Zac, for making our stay enjoyable. This property was everything and more than we expected. Very clean and had everything you would need. It was very quiet and the neighbors we all very friendly. The Alexa was a nice touch too. Clean townhouse on golf course
We really enjoyed our visit to Nashville and this townhouse was in a good location. Close enough to downtown, but also far enough away. There is a golf course at this property that was really nice and a big lake 10 minutes away.
