A cozy condo steps away from the heart of Downtown Nashville! Welcome to The Harrison, the spot where you can throw on a pair of walking shoes and head right out the door to the area's most popular establishments! The location of the home makes the space ideal for a small family or group that desires accessibility and convenience.



The Space:

Upon entry, you’ll get a warm welcome to music city with a vintage Nashville sign mounted in the living room. The space offers a sofa bed, smart TV, fireplace, and access to the outside balcony with patio furniture and river view.



The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a meal from home with a full suite of appliances and a toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, and wine ware for your convenience. A cutout from the kitchen wall provides sightlines into the living and dining area. Here, you’ll find a chic dining table for 4 where you can enjoy a morning brew or evening hor 'd oeuvres overlooking the Cumberland River.



The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between the main bedroom and a sofa bed. The primary suite is outfitted with a King bed, smart TV, and luxe linen. Steps away, a full bathroom features a walk-in shower and tub.

Convenient Location

Location was great, convenient to everything. Check-in and check-out was easy and property manager was quick to respond. Condo is charming and exactly as described. Parking at condo was a big plus. Would stay in this condo again.

We found the condo to meet our expectations. It was clean with a nice riverside view. The area seemed fine during the day, but a little sketchy at night. An additional supply of towels within the unit would have been nice. Overall, a great value.

The apartment is very cute and location is good. They need to upgrade the furniture. The couch has no cushion left. There is only 1 small frying pan to cook with. No spatula and very limited utensils. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the pool area is great!

Great spot

Stayed here for nearly 3 weeks. Walked to downtown several times and enjoyed the river view every day. Had an internet issue and host was quick to respond to any messages. Laundry onsite is nice. Parking is easy and safe. Would definately stay again.

Nice quiet stay right outside downtown

Nice to be on the outskirts of town and right on the river. Easy walk (less than a mile) to Broadway and downtown. Plenty of food order options as well if you want to stay in. Would stay again.

Great Location!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. My daughter and I loved walking to all the restaurants. It was a nice easy walk. Much better than staying right in the city. I’ll definitely be back.

Condo was clean and well- furnished. Enjoyed view of the river and short distance to Broadway. Floor going into the bathroom is soft causing a divet before entering the tiled bathroom. Bit of a tripping hazard.

Our stay was great had everything you needed for the stay, the view was amazing we loved seeing all the party boats go by and the barge tugs pretty cool. Downtown is all walking distance to everything and close to airport. Over all I would stay again.

Great place

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice walk to Broadway. Right on the river. Clean. Our flight arrived at noon. Asked for an early check in and was given early access which was very convenient and much appreciated. Dedicated parking is very nice. Highly recommend.

Weekend with my mom

We enjoy the location and easy parking. It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy some quiet time after the busy downtown experience. The bed could use a new mattress. It is worn out , soft and saggy. Otherwise we enjoy the stay and would recommend it.

Awesome River view & just a quick cheap uber ride to everything !

This condo was great. Lots of ambiance with the light up Nashville sign, guitar on wall , fireplace & right on the river. Nice little patio to watch the boats move containers down the river. Has everything you need & lots of little amenities . Great location away from the crowds on broadway but a short uber trip to everything. My daughter even walked to us & she was on 8th & broadway.

30 year anniversary

Was what was listed on web site. Location was great to down town. Only issue was waking up first morning to chainsaw work they were trimming a large tree right outside the bedroom window. Not a good thing to wake up to after a night of partying.

Nashville Girls Trip

This place is in a great location in Germantown close to great restaurants/breweries within walking distance and was easy to drive around wherever we wanted to go. We had some issues with the pullout couch not somewhere you would want to sleep but as soon as I left them know they were very accommodating. If more than 2 adults are going I would be prepared to sleep on the air mattress and not the pullout. It was great to be able to sit out on the patio in the mornings and have a coffee looking at the river. Overall I would stay again as long as I got the bedroom which was very comfy.
