Room smelled of smoke. There was toilet paper shoved into the peep hole because it was broken. The bed appeared to be clean. Mold on bathroom ceiling.

This is the worst property I have stayed in my last 2 year of Stay in America. Toilet is in bad shape. WiFi is the poorest of all I have explored, worst room, all false promises, Stale food in the breakfast. I just wasted my 160 USD.

Dont wast your time.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very dirty and run down. The bed was broken and had cigarette burns on the bed spread in a nonsmoking room. I didn't stay long enough to watch the roaches come out. Totally unacceptable. I did not stay.

We just needed a place to sleep in Nashville and this place was fine for that. But if you want to spend time in your hotel room or even just at your hotel, you’ll wanna stay elsewhere. The mattresses have bed bug stains all over them - we didn’t find any actual bugs but it’s clear they were there before. Lucky I’ve had them so I know the signs, I’d suggest newer mattresses because most people wouldn’t sleep there seeing the stains all over the mattress from their poop. There was no soap in the bathroom for the sink. Other then that, I guess if you just need a place to rest your head, this place will do the trick. I was scared to walk my dog, though, as there are numerous people just hanging out and sitting by the entrance smoking and making signs asking for money...

Smoke free room - NOT!

My room was a smoke free room. It smelled of smoke. I had to buy an air freshener for the room in order to breathe. Rooms need to be painted. Bed was comfy. Breakfast needs to be better.

We asked for a Non-smoking room and it was really smoke smelly. We also found little cockroaches at the room. The price is also exaggerated after seeing the conditions. I really don't recommend this hotel.

Do not book here! DIRTY AND BAD NEIGHBORHOOD

The location is in a very dirty neighborhood and right behind a liquor store with not so nice looking people standing and walking around all around. Pictures shown of the hotel may have been when the building was first built, but the hotel is VERY OUTDATED AND DIRTY! Walked in the room multiple holes in the carpet, room smelled of horrible odor. Walked in room and right back out. Asked for a different room and was told I could be put into a suite for an additional fee. Asked for a refund due to conditions and the hotel refused any sort of refund. Got a hotel else where and lost money on a room I didn't stay in because I didnt feel like it was safe or sanitary.

Loud and empty

There was construction going on which they did not mention. When I brought it up to the front desk the next morning they acted like they didn't know anything about it. I wake up around 5 everyday and when I would go to the breakfast there would be almost nothing left around 6 am

The beds were clean and they provided us with clean towels and extra TP everyday, Only issue i had was the fact that there were some holes in some of the walls and at one point the toilet didnt want to work

Don't stay here

First got there and they "lost" our reservations. Finally "found" it and proceeded to give us what had to be the nastiest room in town. Lady who checked us in wouldn't even speak to us when we went back to get a different room. If I wouldn't have been forced to stay there due to everyone being booked from hurricane evacuees, I would have demanded my money back. Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Check social network comments before booking

Although Hotels.com 'booked' 2 rooms for 3 nights, and we had a reservation number, their system did not have us needing 2 rooms. We arranged 2 rooms under sufferance from staff and no apology. Had paid for breakfast each day but didn't to be available the first day, so we did not have it any day. Keys needed to be re-programmed each night, some noise at 1am outside, pool was out of action, leaking (noisy) toilet in one room, ironing board did not open properly, and no hot water one night.

Arrived late at night and could not get into the office to check in because I am disabled. My boyfriend tried to go in and check in for me but was told that my reservation had been made with a card number that did not match my own. Employee at counter was not sympathetic and was unwilling to work with us so I never got to stay in the room.
