  • Walk into a meticulously maintained home with a lovely modern aesthetic! Family gatherings, corporate retreats, reunions, getaway with friends, you name it, this luxury 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom home has an open floor plan and can easily accommodate any sized group! The living room, dining room and kitchen are fully equipped to give you all the comforts of home! Our home has it all and is beautifully decorated with designer touches. You'll enjoy an inviting living room and a complete kitchen with a full set of appliances. If you're planning some home cooked meals, our space is perfect!

    The beds are luxurious and comfy and bathrooms have state of the art finishes. There is also Wi-Fi, a television equipped with Netflix, complimentary coffee, and not to mention, a rooftop deck!

    Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining area or chill and watch some TV in the living room! On a quiet afternoon, unwind at the deck with your loved ones and get a fantastic view, and at the end of a lively night or a long day, top it off by relaxing on one of the memory foam beds that's suited to give you the best sleep! Intentionally designed to suit any occasion, this house is perfect for your stay in Nashville and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably.
    To Note:
    - Parking: Parking space for 1 vehicle on the parking pad, plus street parking.
    - Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
    - We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
    - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

This place is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Although the weather kept us from walking downtown; we had a beautiful view of downtown from the rooftop at night. The house is very accommodating and everyone has space without being on top of each other. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, including coffee. There are security cameras outside and we felt very safe. Parking is very convenient.The host is easily reachable with just a text. Loved it!

We loved Nashville and the Rockin' Retreat!

My friends and I spent a long weekend in Nashville and really enjoyed staying at this home. It was clean and comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood was a quick Uber ride from all the Nashville attractions (we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a driver, which was also nice). Communication with the friendly host was also easy. Overall, it was a great experience and we all highly recommend this home for groups visiting Nashville.

Great House!

House was perfect for 2 families of 5! Aaron was very accommodating and the house was clean. There wasn’t too much within walking distance but if you don’t mind taking Uber or if you have a car it’s perfect! Neighborhood is quiet and we all commented on how comfortable the beds were. Nashville Vacation

Our vacation was perfect in our cozy stay at this beautifully updated modern home. The beds are comfy, the many bathrooms and extra showers made our mornings a breeze for getting ready with our family! Girls trip

Everyone had a great time staying at this house! It was very spacious so if you wanted privacy, you were able to go to your individual rooms. It was so cute and decorated all throughout the place. This property is only about a 10-15 minute car ride to the main attractions on Broadway and very easy to get to. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely would stay again!

We had a great weekend!! This house was clean and perfect for us!! Very modern. I had to contact the property mgr and the reply was instant. We really enjoyed our stay. I would have liked to stay closer to downtown. I know that you are used to renting to a younger group. The stairs outside did not have handrails, which would have really helped 2 of our group. The rug in the living room was very slippery.Plenty of towels and beds were very comfortable.

Nashville for New Years!

We had a big group broken up between two houses. We had a blast. This nice home has lots of space that accommodated all of us and we enjoyed the rooftop fire pit. Great place to watch the fireworks. Aaron was a pleasure to work with. The communication and timely responses to questions was what stood out the most. The house held 9 adults comfortably and was very clean. Location was a little further from downtown than we would’ve liked, but still walkable (20-25 mins to broadway) (5 Minute Uber). Great Nashville house

Everything was exactly as advertised. The location was very convenient to the venue downtown for a family event (and then going out afterwards). Very clean, very comfortable and no issues at the house. Communications with the owner/manager was excellent with extremely detailed instructions that eliminated any potential issues. Since we now have family in Nashville we will plan to rent again when in town.

Great and clean house! Hosts were very accommodating and allowed for early check in and late check out. 10 people comfortably were able to stay. I do want to say, apart from the house, the area is a little unsafe as we were warned by our uber drivers. I would not recommend the area if you are just a group of girls (completely unrelated to the house itself as it did come with an alarm system).
