Everything was great! There were more stairs than we anticipated, but it didn’t affect our stay. The host was very communicative and accommodating. The rooftop view was beautiful!

Family Wedding in Nashville

We had a lovely stay at this property. Well positioned to the events we were attending. The property was comfortable and clean with a spacious gathering area both inside and on the rooftop. I would recommend this property.

Amazing experience

The house its self is a great place everything is near by and the rooftop gives the best views and amazing late night talks! Also great communication throughout the trip love it ! Will definitely recommend and book again !

In town for softball

Our group stayed here for nearly a week. The house was perfect for our group. We loved the rooftop deck. The best part was the shuttle downtown. The shuttle service was so convenient….we used it so many times.

Great Nashville Trip

Stayed for one week with family from several parts of the country. BEAUTIFUL home and layout: perfect for groups. 2x garage spaces at the bottom of the unit. 7 mins to downtown and close to all Nashville has to offer. Rooftop is awesome: full views of the city skyline. We will be staying again!

A Music City Must!

What a fantastic stay! The townhouse was stunning, clean and comfortable, and exactly as listed! There was plenty of space for our entire large party to hang out together in the kitchen/living room and on the amazing rooftop! The host was quick to respond to any questions before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Nashville.

We had 11 in our group and had plenty of space and enjoyed this property! It was close by but not too close where it was overpriced. Beautiful view of the city from the rooftop! Would highly recommend! Host was wonderful!

Family Wedding

We stayed for 4 nights with our group and it was a wonderful experience. We did do some cooking and smoke alarms went off and more sensitive but better that than not working. We should have started fan immediately but we were not used to that type of cooking equipment - it was very nice/modern. An all around good experience while we visited Nashville for son's wedding.

Great location.The train station was close by but it didn’t bother us. Easy transportation to and from airport and downtown area. Clean. Rooftop deck was nice. We were able to order Instacart for snacks and beverages.Had a great time in Nashville.

Beautiful Home and amazing accommodations

I traveled with 10 kids all my nieces and nephews for a week vacation. This home looks brand new and had so much room it is probably the best vacation rental I have experienced! The roof top at night was so much fun for the kids with a fire pit! Everything was thought of, board games, karaoke machine, TVs in every room, snacks..all this was available!!! I recommend this home for any group !!

Great home for a Large Group Getaway!

Spent a wonderful 3 night stay in this great Nashville home! Great rooftop area, although we were so busy we didn’t get much time on it. Very clean, great beds, very well taken care of! I was worried about being near the train and fire department, but we didn’t even hear them. Only issue was that the ice machine in the fridge didn’t work. Great checkout process with minimal effort! If we are ever back in Nashville we will definitely be back!

Great Week!!

Did a cousins week get-together. Age range of 55-80, did not realize there were that many steps, BUT we sure had a blast. Big enough around the table to get lots of laughs in. Bed were comfortable! Were not many towels, but messaged property manager and they brought more promptly. Roof top was fun, didn't spend as much time up there as we thought as the temp was a little warm and humid. Overall~~~~Great place to stay!!

Nice but noisy

The accommodations were comfortable, minus sleep pillows in MBR. However, the unit is a stone’s throw from a large fire/emergency station. So we had alarms and sirens at all times of the day and night. We were a family in for our daughter’s wedding and so sleep was kind of a big deal for us. I wouldn’t book here again for our family, but if you don’t mind the noise, it is fine. I feel like this would be an important issue to note on the listing. Owners were pleasant and check in and check out were both super easy. Roof top patio was the highlight.

March Stay

House listing was accurate. House was the perfect size for our party and was what we needed for a long weekend stay. Location was alright close to airport and about 15 minute drive from any of the major attractions/neighborhoods.Not a very walkable area so a car is definitely needed or ubers. This is a townhouse so it is located with other units and it seemed that they were all rentals. The communication with host was great and was very accommodating. My only feedback would be in regard's to the cleanliness of the unit. The unit was clean but it looked like it would benefit from a deep cleaning and a refresh of the bed linens.

Great location, gorgeous views, and wonderful communication

We were in town to visit our son at Vanderbilt University for Lunar New Year and had to make a last minute booking. Sharon was very accommodating and replied to all my questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly! The location was super convenient too. Everywhere, from Vanderbilt to Broadway, were walkable, and when we didn't feel like walking, our Uber/Lyft rides were under $10! My son brought some of his friends from school over to hang out, and we all had a great time. The roof top deck was probably my favorite part of the house. The view was AMAZING, especially as night, and the firepit was also a nice touch! My husband's favorite part was definitely the kitchen. Even though there were a lot of great restaurants nearby, he still wanted to make some traditional homemade food for the New Year's celebration. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made cooking a breeze. I was hesitant to book this place since it had no reviews, but I'm sooo glad I did. The house was clean and comfortable, and Sharon's communication skills were phenomenal! Thank you for this wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back!
