Wonderful location

We had a great time at this location in Nashville. Very close to downtown. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to highways. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location!!

Came to Nashville for a concert at Nissan stadium and wanted to be close without paying downtown prices!! This place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and a great location. Lots to do right there in East Nashville and a less then $10 Lyft ride to Broadway.

Loves the neighborhood

This house was in a great neighborhood. It’s far enough away from downtown, but still close enough to a few restaurants/ bars in the 5 points area. There is also a conscience store right around the corner! The house was clean and the host was very accommodating.

22nd Birthday

We took our son to Nashville for his 22nd birthday and to watch one of his best friends play football at Tennessee State. House was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The host was excellent and communication was top notch. Definitely will be staying here again.

The place is huge for the 2 of us. It’s very clean and has everything one might need when traveling. We don’t need them as we travel with our stuff. The property is close to Nissan stadium around 1.7 miles. An easy walk. The place is a bit older. All in all it’s a good stay Ty

Great Nashville visit!

Our stay was in a perfect location, walking distance to multiple restaurants (The Pharmacy is a must!) and a short 5 min drive to 5 points with tons of other restaurants. The home itself was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. One double bed, 1 twin cot, and 2 couches to sleep on. Full kitchen and bathroom. Price was not terrible when split 3 ways. Check-in and check-out was easy and the host was easy to contact.

Expectations exceeded!

From the moment we scheduled our trip to Nashville, the communication for this VRBO was excellent. Great little tri-plex. Very clean, organized and everything worked. I would totally recommend this place and we will definitely use it again when we come back to Nashville. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable

The property was easy to locate. The owner gave me all info needed prior and during stay. No issues at all getting into the unit. The unit was clean, bed was comfortable, and shower had good pressure, all important to us. It is an older home converted to apartments, so if you're expecting fancy and up to date, this isnt the place for you. It suited our needs for a place to crash while enjoying Nashville. It's about 2 miles from downtown. We walked it, but definitely would be better to Uber if you dont want that much exercise. Several close by places for eating and getting necessities without having to drive at all. We would rent this unit again.

Convenient spot for Nissan Stadium

The property was very good overall. Could definitely use some updating and lots of the finishing (caulking, painting, tile) was very hastily and sloppily done. As others have said, not a luxury place. But, everything needed was there, it was clean, and the location was great. I would recommend to the owner or property manager to stop putting plug in air fresheners around the house. The perfumy aroma was overpowering upon entering, and even after finding and unplugging them all, I was afraid I smelled like that whenever we left the house.

Excellent location in East Nashville, next to a convenience store, as well as several good food options, and only a short walk to Five Points. Mas Tacos which is across the street was excellent and had some of the best tortilla soup I've ever had!The apartment itself was well appointed and comfortable. There isn't really a dining area, so keep that in mind if you plan to cook or order in. The bed only has one side table, and the side of the bed with the table is significantly more worn in than the other side of the bed. It wasn't painful, but it was significantly more comfortable to sleep on the far side of the bed. Me and my partner took turns getting "the good side" while we were on the trip. The living room was comfortable and the couch was cozy. The only real issue we had was in checking in. We were not sent the code to the door ahead of time and it was several minutes after our check-in time before we got the code. We also weren't aware that the screen door sticks hard, so we assumed it was locked (my friend says this is pretty common in the south, but we are not from an area where screen doors are even common), so didn't see the keyless entry code on the inner door. I called to get clarity but it went straight to voicemail and my messages weren't promptly answered. We managed to figured it out, but a little more clarity in instructions would have been helpful. A group staying in a different unit also tried to get into ours, which I think was a connected issue.

Older home but great stay. Bed was very comfortable and there was an extra rollout cot for one of the boys in the closet. We were here for CMA fest and used Waymo most of the time but did walk one night, two miles was doable. The Pharmacy burgers were amazing!! Thanks for a great stay!

The property was in a very convenient location to many areas in East Nashville. Parking was easy and getting in was simple. I think the pictures make it look a little more modern than it actually is. It is an older property and could use some TLC but overall was fine. Water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and the bed was pretty comfortable! We did utilize one of the roll out beds as there were 3 of us and it was okay for short term.
