Great location and amenities

This property was great. The beds were comfortable. Snacks and bottled water provided was a nice treat. Communication with host was easy and helpful. Great location a quick 6-10 minute drive to Broadway but far enough away from the madness.

Great rental all around!

Loved the location, apartment was super clean and a decent size! Only thing I would recommend is more silverware. Unit sleeps 8 but only 4 forks provided. Other than that it was perfect.

Girls CMA fest trip

There was 3 of us girls attended. We had our own vehicle which the parking was perfect and private. The unit was located in the back of the property, wasn’t access. There was construction going on so it was a little noisy at times but only on the day we were leaving. We did have to walk around to the front to pick up Uber but was not an issue. Location was not too far from stadium or broadway but definitely glad we had a car. Not in walking distance at all. The house was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. I would stay there again.

Perfect location and set up

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the location and room set up for multiple people worked out perfectly for our small group. The location is approximately 7 min to Broadway and within walking distance to five points. The complimentary coffee, water and snacks were appreciated as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Mother's Day 2024

We enjoyed our stay so much. We have health related dietary issues and being able to cook for ourselves was awesome. The apartment was so nice and we loved the designated parking.
