We enjoyed our stay at this property! Plenty of space for our 14 person group. Great location and a short drive from 5 points and downtown. Would recommend!
Communication was great. They allowed us to check in early. Pretty close to downtown.. an easy Uber ride. So much space. We were 5 couples. More than enough room. House was very clean and beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay again
The property was great-it accommodated 20 of us, that we split between two units. It was easy to go in between the units and we didn’t feel too separated because of it. Location was good, Ubers are easily available and it’s a 10 min drive to Broadway. Property manager was quick to respond and follow up on requests.
The townhouses were great with only a 10-minute uber ride to Broadway, the location was a little iffy upon arrival because its in an industrial area but everything was good, the property managment company was available and provided information quickly when asked. I would recommend
Great rental for our party of 12! Beautiful new build in a recently renovated area of town. Close to Downtown Nashville, and access to arteries to get you any direction you wanted to go. We had 6 couples so the sleeping arrangements were slightly limited for one of the couples in each unit due to the room with 2 smaller beds. The couch in the main area was pretty uncomfortable, but really that was the only complaint we had. Don't hesitate to book if you're looking to spend some time in Nashville with friends or family and need the space. Management was awesome to deal with.
The stay was overall really great! Avant stay had wonderful customer service and even got us in for an earlier check-in, despite it being a bit last minute. I only gave a 4, because it is a larger space that accommodates multiple couples VERY well, but did not have any replacement trash bags for the larger can and one of the chairs around the dining table was bent back and not really usable. However, these were not huge issues for us. We purchased some extra trash bags and there were other chairs and stools available in the space, so we still felt accommodated.
It was roomy. Had all the supplies and utensils. Perfect for our large group; plenty of space. Happy we were able to book both units together. Close to downtown. It was an average 10-15 an Uber/lyft ride. If you do have a large vehicle it barely fits in the garage. Would come back again!
Overall the property was well maintained and any issues were promptly addressed by the managers only one concern we had was lack of water pressure on the third floor.
This property was wonderful and exactly as described and pictured. We had 2 units next door to each other, but it was easy to go back and forth. We had a large group in town for a family wedding, so we needed lots of bedrooms. The properties were both generously stocked not only with kitchen supplies, but also spices, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaners, etc. ... everything we needed for an entire week's stay. The property was super clean and comfy, easy to check in and super easy to check out. It is near a busy road but most of the time inside we couldn't hear any of the road noise, sometimes just a hum in the background. There wasn't a lot within walking distance, but we were able to walk our dog around and there was a park down the street. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
Accommodations were just as expected. Beds were very comfortable and units were well equipped. The HVAC in Unit 4 struggled to stay cool. Parking was not an issue and liked having a garage. Close to downtown and everyone had a great time!
Place was okay for what we needed. Located right on the freeway. Close enough to town ($13 Uber to Broadway).
Took a while for hot water to reach master bath (several minutes, not seconds).
