We stayed in the condo over the weekend and it was great Neil, the host, was very accommodating and answered back promptly to my messages. The condo was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! The location was close to downtown and the Nations was a nice neighborhood to stay in. We will definitely be back.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Was a 10 minute drive to downtown and other neighborhoods. We chose the Nations to be close to a Wedding event but would stay in this neighborhood again as was quiet yet a close drive to rest of Nashville fun!

We drove into Nashville from out of state to celebrate our anniversary. Our host Neal did a great job of providing suggestions for fabulous restaurants and activities so we could pre-plan our stay. We loved staying at this cute townhome! It was perfect for what we needed. We loved the rooftop and the location. It was a short Uber ride to Broadway. We did eat at some of the local eateries, and they were fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner was great. He left plenty of suggestions, how-to's, etc. for the area and the house. Very well thought out!

Celebrating my 50th bday

My husband, myself and another couple wanted to be close to downtown but too close. This was the perfect location, 10 minute drive from downtown. We still had plenty of options to walk to for food or cocktails. The house was super sweet, loved that we each had our own leave with a bedroom and bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. We will be back for sure.

You were for friends travelling together to see the sites of Nashville. We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood which was easily walkable to many cafés, coffee shops pubs, groceries etc. the townhouse was clean and well appointed. We absolutely loved the rooftop patio on which we Enjoyed our morning coffee and our late night glasses of wine. The host was easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Where is elite bluebird to and from downtown Nashville with no issues. Overall a fantastic five night stay in Nashville

Small but a good place to sleep.

Property Manager was easy to reach when we experienced an unexpected water outage in the neighborhood and communicated back to us right away. The condo met our needs as we only slept there. Condo was clean. General living room area space smaller than expected with limited seating. Only had seating for 5 people 6 if someone sat on the stairs. No table to sit and eat downstairs, there was a small table up on 2nd floor that could maybe seat 5 people but a tight squeeze. On main floor, once sofa sleeper bed (double) was open had to squeeze by in order to get to the kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom. Did not use roof top deck. Deck looked nice and did appear to have good space for socialization. Bakery close by was nice so were able to get breakfast there. Not much close by within walking distance to get groceries or incidental. We did not have a car which made is a bit difficult. Would recommend having a car if staying here. In general a good stay.
