Awesome property

We had two families staying here with young kids and it was great! The place was clean and the host was very kind and responsive to anything we needed. It worked out so well for the adults and kids and we all loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun weekend

We had an amazing time just relaxing there were so many games that my kids played with and a pool table for the adults. The kids really loved the hot tub they were in it every day. The owner is really nice and kind.

Very nice!

All rooms were spacious. I would definitely stay there again. The guys enjoyed the hot tub! I would suggest some hand towels and washclothes for the bathrooms. Also a light for above the grill on the patio.

We stayed for a week before a wedding. Everything was great. It was very clean. The house itself was spacious so we had plenty of room for everyone. The location is close to main roads leading into Nashville. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Family Vacation

We traveled to Nashville for our family vacation and this house was perfect. It was an easy 25 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Chris is an amazing host and the property was just as described as in the listing. We saw the sites during the day and hung out in the evenings in the hot tub and playing pool. If we travel back to the area again we definitely will book this house.

Chris greeted us and gave us the lay of the land. He was super responsive and one of the best hosts we ever had. His place is spacious and the hot tub is perfect after being a tourist all day. Clean and quiet

We had a great stay at Chris' place! He met us there to make sure we knew how everything worked. Check out process could not have been easier. House was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is SO quiet! We didn't hear anyone else, no dogs, nothing. The hot tub was amazing after walking all over Nashville. Its a very easy trip into the city. We are looking forward to a future stay! :)

Great house just outside of Nashville

We loved this house & the location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood outside of Nashville. We were close enough to do what we wanted in downtown Nashville, but far enough away to feel like we were in the country. The house is well kept & spacious. We loved the pool table & other amenities. Chris does a phenomenal job of answering any questions or handling concerns. He really goes above & beyond to make sure your stay is a great one. This will be our first choice any time we are back in this area.

Wedding Stay

As a first time VRBO renter, was nervous at first, my son’s wedding was in Ashland City and this was close to his venue. But this stay was absolutely wonderful. Chris met us at the property gave us a tour and went over things so thoroughly leaving us feeling at home and with no questions to ask. We had a group of 6 staying here and the home was very spacious and never felt on top of each other. Chris has thought of any and all amenities for a great stay. Conveniently located to many things, Walmart, airport and downtown Nashville (a few trips were made). Overall an excellent stay. Thank you Chris for making this wedding weekend wonderful.

A Special Home for a Special Week

My family of 5 needed a place to stay in the Nashville area for about a week, as we were moving our son into his freshman year at Belmont University. We had a delightful stay at Chris' home. From the moment we arrived, Chris showed himself to be a kind and gracious host -- caring not only about his home, but about us as his guests as well. The home matched the online listing perfectly -- it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and provided everything that we needed during our stay. We especially enjoyed making memories playing pool, singing karaoke, and hanging out in the wonderful hot tub! It was a pleasure renting from Chris, and I would definitely consider renting from him again if we find ourselves needing a space in the Nashville area again some day.

30th Birthday Girls Trip

6 (mom and 5 daughters) of us went to Nashville for a girls trip. Celebrating my daughter's 30th birthday. Chris met us at the property and was super nice. Showed us around and asked if we needed anything. He even messaged the next day to check on us and to see if we needed anything. The house was super clean and spacious. It was also well stocked with common things we needed. The neighborhood was super quiet and easy to get in and out of. We hardly saw anyone out and about while we were there. Walmart is about 2 miles from the house which was super great. It was only about 20 -30 minutes from downtown Nashville.
