Starter Supplies ☕🧻:

We provide a starter supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and other essentials to help you get settled. These items are not replenished during your stay, so if you run low, additional supplies can be purchased at nearby grocery or convenience stores. 😊
1. Minimum Age
The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. Bookings made on behalf of someone under 25 will be cancelled in accordance with Airbnb policy.
2. Minimum Stay
A minimum of two nights is required for all reservations.
3. No Parties or Unauthorized Events
Gatherings beyond registered guests are strictly prohibited. No exceptions. Noise monitoring and exterior security cameras are active at all times. Unauthorized gatherings or exceeding the approved guest count will result in a $750 fine, immediate termination of the stay, and additional charges in accordance with Airbnb policy. Each unregistered guest will be charged $50 per person per night.
4. No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home and on all outdoor areas. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and marijuana. If smoke or THC is detected by our monitoring system, a $750 fine will be charged automatically. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
5. Pets
Bringing a pet? Guests are required to let us know upon booking. Here are the applicable charges:
$50 small to medium
$75 for large
If you are staying 5 nights:
$150 - small medium
$175- large .
We require advance notice because some guests have severe animal allergies. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees and could lead to the cancellation of your reservation.
6. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. This applies to all indoor and outdoor areas. Please be respectful of neighbors.
7. Guest Count
Only registered guests listed on the booking are permitted in the home. Visitors are not allowed at any time, day or night, without prior approval.
8. Minimum Guest Age
No guests under the age of 25 are permitted without prior written approval from the host.
9. Local Reservations
Reservations from guests residing in the local Nashville area may require additional verification at our discretion. Attempts to circumvent this policy may result in cancellation.
10. No Airbnb or STR Hosts
We do not accept bookings from other Airbnb or short-term rental hosts. Misrepresentation of booking intent may result in cancellation in accordance with Airbnb policy.
11. No Tampering with Devices
Tampering with, covering, unplugging, or disabling any smart device, security camera, noise monitor, or smoke detector is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in penalties, cancellation, and associated charges. If any device is damaged or disabled, replacement and reinstallation fees will apply.
12. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and must be requested and approved in advance. Late check-out must be approved. Staying past 10 AM without approval will result in a $50 fee. Your access code automatically deactivates 15 minutes after your scheduled check-out. Egregious late check-outs may be charged a full night`s base rate and you are still required to vacate immediately.
13. Speakeasy Room
The speakeasy-themed room is a curated experience. Please treat the decor, lighting, and furnishings with care. Damage to themed elements will result in repair or replacement charges. 14. Hot Tub Rules
The hot tub is available for guest use. No glass near the hot tub. Replace the cover after each use. Do not adjust the temperature beyond the set range. Report any issues immediately. Damage or misuse will result in repair charges.
15. Cleaning Please treat the space with respect.
Excessive mess, unwashed dishes, or damage requiring extra cleaning will result in additional fees. Optional housekeeping during your stay is available at a discounted rate. Message us to arrange it.
16. Parking Free parking is available on the premises.
Please park only in designated areas. Do not block neighboring driveways or access points.
17. Trash and Recycling
Please bag all trash and place it in the designated bins before checkout. Failure to properly dispose of trash may result in additional cleaning fees.
18. Guest Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or end a stay for rude, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward our team. Your stay may be terminated at our discretion.
19. Agreement By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all house rules and associated policies.
