Great stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. Host was very attentive and helpful with great suggestions to make our stay even better. Loved the house which was in a quiet area but just a short distance from all the action. Safe neighborhood with easy walk to the park for some morning exercise. We would stay there again.

Nashville Vacation
The house was perfect for our family of four. Amazing neighborhood and close to everything we had planned for the week. We especially loved walking in Warner Park which was just a few miles away. Can’t wait to visit Nashville again

Wonderful Place to Stay
The house had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable. Our contact was always available and responsive. I plan to stay there every time I visit Nashville! Great place to relax and the main road straight to downtown is nearby.

Nashville’s best!
Convenient drive to downtown. Great layout in the house. Very clean and well stocked everything you need. The owners are very nice. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and safe. Highest recommendation. We have stayed here in the past, and hope to be back in the future.

Family Christmas Overflow
Perfect location for some extra bedrooms over the holidays when our nearby family house is full to the brim! We didn't need much but the beds and baths. All was perfect except a clogged drain in the guest shower... I got a barbed drain cleaner at the Ace hardware up the road and cleaned it out as I have the same kind of drains and knew exactly the problem... and did not want to bother Tina and Will over the Christmas weekend... no big deal but definitely something to keep clean in the future. I look forward to the possibility to stay here again when our forever growing family gathers again.

Beautiful house, beautiful neighborhood.
Everything about this house was exceptional. Beautiful, convenient location. Spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Very picturesque located over a small creek. Easy access to downtown. And Dunkin Donuts and other stores just down the street on Harding Road. Highly recommend staying here, unless I have already booked it!

The location was perfect, house was nice and clean, in a beautiful neighborhood . The property owner contacted me with instructions in a timely manner. Book in house with restaurants, things to do and see in Nashville. Listings for taxis. A very useful tool. I definitely would recommend this property, Tina was a pleasure to talk with.

Wonderful place to stay!
This is a great home and neighborhood if you're lucky enough to stay here. The neighbors are very friendly and it felt like home. Easy check in and out with great communication with host. If you forget something the hosts probably have it here for you. Can't give this home/host enough credit! Would love to stay here again!

Great location
We didn't realize initially how great of a location this is. Cute neighborhood and right down the street (3 minute walk) to the Belle Mead historic site, which was on our list of things to do while we were in town. The house was clean and perfectly fine for our stay. The only issue we had was getting the unlock code, but after a couple messages to the owner, we were able to get it a few hours before we arrived. Great owners!

Beautiful neighborhood..
Upon arrival you notice the very nice neighborhood and the proximity of the home to Nashville.. a perfect distance from all the activity of country music town! The house was clean and welcoming and the mornings on the front porch with a hot coffee that was left for us was a perfect way to start the day!! When back in Nashville this is where we will return!!

Friends Trip
2 of my friends and I booked Tina and Will's home for a long weekend. The house is beautiful, has every single thing you could ask for. The neighborhood is lovely and it's an easy Uber ride to downtown. We will definitely be staying there again!

Ok- but not the best
Needed a few things. The 2 couches are completely worn out. Cushions & springs were broken down. They need to be replaced. The caulking around the tub needs to be replaced. There was some dust & dirt. Beds were very comfortable. Overall it was very nice. We felt very safe. Tina’s response to a question was excellent! We had a great girls trip.

You are absolutely correct on all of that. We have new living room furniture coming and we are getting ready to re-caulk the bathroom as well as do an overall freshen-up of the home. Thank you for your honesty. We hear you and are in the process of making it better :)

We had a mom/daughters weekend and stayed at this lovely home! It was clean and everything that you would think you would need, we found! I contacted the owner prior wondering about an early check in and it happened to work out that we were able to check in early, no issue. We were so grateful that we were able to do that! We will definitely stay again in the future.

Wedding weekend trip
The house was perfect location for our stay, close to family and the wedding sites. It was also close to the entertainment of Nashville. HOME AWAY FROM HOME
When we arrived to the property, it was all we had hoped for. The warmth and comfort was a home away from home. The overall space was roomy and accommodating in every way. We arrived in town for a second time at this property to attend our daughter's Medical School Graduation and we stayed a week to get her packed and ready to move on to her Residency. Being away from home that long was easy because the property had so many beautiful calming features. We first stayed in March which confirmed our choice in booking this same property twice from the beginning. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay, that is truly welcoming. The neighbors were very friendly too. Also, very convenient to area stores and restaurants. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! 🤗

This was a perfect fit for a girls trip of 6. The open concept worked well and we were never crowded. The bedrooms were good size in the master bathroom was huge. The creek under the house is a very nice touch. The neighborhood was superb.

We very much enjoyed this property for a gathering of friends. Very well set up kitchen and plenty of dishes, towels etc for a good sized group. Couple of issues that were dealt with immediately by the owner. Very responsive to our questions also. Wish I had brought my own pillows...

Beautiful Belle Meade
This home affords efficient access to downtown, and all neighborhoods. The Gulch, Belmont, Vanderbilt, and downtown are all a short ride away. The neighborhood is spectacular, the house is clean and well stocked and equipped. The owner is easy to work with. This is our fourth stay here, and we’ll be back next year.

My sister, mom and I visited Nashville for the first time and had the good fortune of staying at this Belle Meade neighborhood property. It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to see and do. Minutes from Belle Meade Plantation and Cheekwood Estate, plus the historic neighborhood where it is located is worth its own self-guided car tour just to see all the lovely homes and mansions. It's about a 15-18 minute drive to downtown Nashville but it was an easy drive in every time we went. The hosts were beyond hospitable and reflected the true southern hospitality we had heard so much about and experienced firsthand during our entire visit. Check-in/out was very easy. The home was very nice, we each had our own bedroom and kitchen and bathrooms were great. Quiet neighborhood made coffee on the front porch or the back deck peaceful and relaxing. We loved our visit so much that four days was not enough--we could have easily spent another day or two there. If we go back, we would book this property again in a heartbeat!
