Property was perfect for 3 couples. Very convenient to downtown - short Uber ride and also lots of great places in East Nashville. So many, in fact, that couldn’t visit all! Will have to come back again! Property owner was very nice to deal with, they were prompt in responding and gave very clear and informative information prior to check in. This property was absolutely perfect for our Nashville stay. We were three couple traveling together and this home allowed us all to have our own little oasis while staying together. This was just right for our group. We did a show at Music City Center and the location was perfect for navigating away from Broadway later in the week to enjoy more of different areas of Nashville. I would definitely recommend this house.

Owner of property was excellent in communication and addressed any issues we had immediately. Property is perfect for 3 couples, nice with large open space on the first floor & open deck area on top floor. Short drive to all spots we wanted to see. A few updates like new carpets & sofa would easily bring this to a 5 star property.

Girls Family Getaway

My daughters in law, three grandchildren and I planned a trip to Nashville to see Ed Sheeran in concert. The bonus was staying in this beautiful, comfortable and clean home. The location was great. The townhouse was a perfect open setup with lots of space for 3 couples in their early 40’s for a weekend getaway. Loved that each suite had a private bathroom. Check in was a breeze. Quiet neighborhood. Short Uber rides around $20-$25 to get downtown to Broadway.

Great location

Such a great house. We loved everything about it. There is a local coffee shop at the bottom of the hill that is a must go to spot. Went there every morning. Neighborhood seems like it’s up and coming. LOTS of residential construction. Even with all the construction it didn’t affect our stay at all. Parking is great. We would come back for sure.

Great Stay!

We rented this house for a friend vacation and it didn’t disappoint. It looked just like the pictures and was very nice. No real check in or check out process. You just show up and use your personalized code and leave before the designated time which made it really easy. No over the top rules on clean up, just common courtesy things. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great quiet location

We’re four seniors who travel together and we really appreciate this lovely space. There are 3 floors, with the master on the third, just to be aware of. We didn’t have an issue with the stairs but realize that some seniors might. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with several local eateries close, and many more just a few blocks away. Also, the drive to Broadway was quick and easy. We went downtown every day! Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We especially loved the ease of cleanup! Wish all VRBO’s were like this!

Just right for 3 couples

Spacious townhouse a short ride from all the downtown attractions, it was just right for the 6 of us. Each bedroom had plenty of room, it’s own bath, and a walk in closet. The kitchen was huge and well equipped. We had one car, but 2 spaces are available for this unit. Be aware that as a 3 story townhouse, all the bedrooms are up one or two flights, so if stairs are not your thing, look elsewhere. It was no problem for us. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat
