Wonderful property and hosts are so sweet. House is cozy and inviting and we enjoyed our stay so much. Even their dog came to say hello and greet us and since I had 4 at home I was missing this was extra special.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was very cozy and clean. Located in a great spot for visiting nearby towns. It was about a 40 minute drive to downtown Nashville. While staying here you should also visit Columbia Tn and Franklin Tn. You will not be disappointed in this property!

A serene, peaceful, and beautiful time away! The host was very kind and prompt, and we felt very welcomed and safe. The home is beautifully decorated. It is a key location to relax but also visit Nashville for the tourism. We enjoyed jt and hope to come back!

The Milk Barn

We planned a short weekend trip and this cute guest house was perfect. The property was beautiful and the house was very clean and decorated so cute. The bed was very comfortable and the living space was cozy. The location is close enough to explore Franklin, Leipers Fork, and Nashville. I would highly recommend this property.

A quiet tranquil setting just minutes from Nolensville's shops, restaurants and recreation center!

We were visiting our grandchildren and found this cozy cottage that was perfect for us; and the location was great. The setting was so nice and made you feel you were miles away from city life; their horse Mocha was beautiful and our grandchildren loved feeding her! Mickey & Lisa were, as mentioned in the "review" section of VRBO awesome! They were very attentive and very accommodating. We hope to visit again soon! Thank you!

Beautiful, clean and great location!

Very clean! Located in a beautiful quiet area! Not too far of a drive to Nashville! Loved the country setting away from the city business, but also close enough for a quick run into town for food or anything that you may forgot. The property owners were very nice and made us feel very welcomed. Relaxing at the outdoor firepit next to the stream after a long day in Nashville was the icing on the cake!

The BEST VRBO I have ever stayed at. Location was close to several small towns with lots of boutique shopping, great restaurants within 15 minute drive, 30 minutes to Nashville, super quiet neighborhood, rural, on a creek with outdoor seating/firepit. House is perfectly arranged, super clean, comfortable Beds. Owners are SO nice. I will come back for a hiking trip next time. Lots of trails near by. Book this place - you will LOVE it!!

The Milk Barn was an adorable cottage in a quiet rural setting. Just what we were looking for. It was exactly as we had pictured it! The Hostess has it decorated beautifully. Little things, like creamer for coffee, were much appreciated. Very comfortable, very welcoming. We'd go back in a heartbeat and hope to some time.

Great Hideaway for Relaxation

Usually, we take our vacations to places with many touristy shops and activities. My wife loves to stay busy during our vacation, seeing every attraction within driving distance :) This year we decided to rest mainly. This place was perfect. We did make our way to Nashville one day and Franklin a couple of times, but mostly we stayed in. I wrote (I'm an author), and she watched TV. It was glorious. For the first time in several years, I returned home rested.

Picturesque Milk Barn

The Milk Barn was an awesome accommodation! We love picking places that are more rural and this one was perfect! Plenty of room for a couple or small family. The kitchen/house was fully stocked with everything we needed…from picnicking and barbecuing to games and puzzles! Super clean, comfy bed, soft thick towels! Easy access to Nashville, Franklin, and Chattanooga (longer drive). Many historic sites are close by. My wife loved early morning walking the 18-acre property to see the babbling brook behind the house, the trees, and the horse barn (with beautiful horse, Mocha, and barn kitties). Mickey and Lisa were super friendly and helpful hosts; we definitely enjoyed meeting them and spending one evening with them and their pup Sophie around the fire pit. Being from the southern coastal flat lands, the green hills and trees made this area an ideal place to vacation! We’d go back to stay in the Milk Barn in a heartbeat!
