Great location
We had a great stay at this property. We were in town for college tours with our daughters and loved this location. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were also easily able to walk to both Belmont and Vanderbilt. The property was cozy, but was plenty of space for four people.

Ideal location! Comfy accommodations!
Our arrival to this location went smooth, and upon entering we noticed how nicely everything was decorated. The cleanliness of this unit was impeccable. Beds were comfy too! Ample closet space as well in both bedrooms. Snacks were left for us :) and we also appreciated having the washer & dryer! Pancake Pantry, Jeni’s and a very good sports bar were all walking distance. Quiet street as well. Uber costs were @11.00 to downtown. Parking space was provided in front off the street as we did rent a car. Overall a great stay!

Great Neighborhood
We stayed with another couple, the set up was really good for 2 couples. The condo was clean and had everything you need. The neighborhood had good restaurants and a sports bar just around the corner. We enjoyed it, it was a short uber to Broadway.

Overall our stay was nice with the property being clean and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The biggest issue was on Saturday night when we left the restaurant to go back and watch the college game. The tv would not change channels. We had a previous issue the day before but resetting the router took care of it. We tried this several times but it did not work. We watched the game on our phones. Not fun. At the end of the game we tried again and it reset to be able to watch the last 2-3 minutes. I called the manager but her mailbox was full. The messages I sent did not get responded to until the next day. One other issue was a bit of an annoyance. My sister was getting ready for bed in one bedroom and my wife was in the other. My sister called down that the light turned off and the fan turned on without her doing it. As it turns out, the control that my wife was using for the one bedroom also controlled the other bedroom as well. May want to look into that.

Cute & clean apartment for Nashville fun
We loved this apartment for our weekend in Nashville! It is in a trendy neighborhood with nightlife and restaurants, but quiet enough to get some sleep if you choose. This would be a great place to stay for an extended period. Highly recommend!

Would stay again
We rented based on close proximity to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital and the location was perfect. Hillsboro Village has a ton of convenient places to eat and allowed us to walk to the hospital. As stated in the description, the condo is small but was adequate for our needs. There are several maintenance issues and quirks that need addressing such as a broken smoke detector, poor air circulation upstairs, bedroom fans being on the same remote frequency, low linen supplies and sparsely stocked kitchen. The second full bath is downstairs away from the bedrooms so keep that in mind. We also had two guests fall down the outdoor steps due to poor lighting. But overall, it was a good deal for what you pay and I would stay there again. The property manager does a good job of welcoming you with a few extra snacks and drinks.

Beds are good unit was clean Generally a nice place, but missing a few things fridge has no light in it and the water and ice did not work in the fridge. There were no kitchen linens. Smoke detector was in a drawer on the main floor not installed. Some maintenance items needed to be looked at.

Great location and very comfy
My sister and I wanted a quick getaway to Nashville. We did not know anything about the city, but chose this property based on reviews. They were spot on. The townhouse is small but comfortable, with adequate space for the two of us. The 2 King beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. We misunderstood the description a bit. We thought there were two bedrooms, with each having its own bath. Both bedrooms are upstairs with a Jack and Jill bath between. The other full bath was downstairs. But that did not cause too much difficulty. The property is an easy Uber ride to downtown and most of the tourist spots. Parking is very difficult in Nashville. Really enjoyed our stay, though.

Great place: Ideal layout front room to kitchen as well as upstairs bedrooms/Jack & Jill bathroom. Everything is modern/nicely updated. Great location: walking distance to midtown and The Gulch. Downtown is a couple miles walk, which was fine, because we Uber’d back to the property. Highly recommend!!

Great property manager!
Excellent communication with property manager Molly! She allowed us to rebook even though we were in the no cancellation period. (We got Covid and had to reschedule.) She has several properties that are in a great locations for visiting Vanderbilt and Belmont students. Hillsboro Village with its cute shops, coffee shops and restaurants, are just a few minutes walk away.

Great Location
This property is in an ideal Hillsboro neighborhood super close to Vanderbilt Medical. We walked to MD appts and great shops and restaurants. We received the wrong code upon arrival but were able to contact Molly and within minutes had the correct code. The rooms were clean and comfy. My sister has medical issues with her knees so the steps were a bit difficult. The unit is on the second floor and the bedrooms are on the third floor. If you do not have issues with stairs, this is a perfect rental.

The property was neat and clean. We were a little surprised to discover that the upstairs bathroom was a Jack & Jill style. Since the other couple didn’t end up traveling, it wasn’t an issue.Neighborhood was an Uber Ride or Old Town Tolley ride ( worth doing the entire route to get a great overview of Nashville) to the city. Neighborhood has some shops and coffee shops. Check out the Galley of Iconic Guitars and the Belmont grounds. We had a great stay!

We had such a great weekend here! This place was great and had everything we needed! Two king size beds was a huge plus and they were very comfortable beds. The neighborhood has a lot of nice shops and great restaurants within walking distance.

This my second time staying at this property and we really enjoyed it. Molly was responsive to any questions and quick to fix any issues. This time we did notice the people staying next to us were loud and they had dogs that barked at times, so that was a little frustrating but nothing that Molly could control. The walls are a bit thin so just be aware of that possibility! Otherwise, we had a great time, love the location, and will be back.

Recommend for adults no more than 4-5.
Overall great property! Compact but efficient. Lots of stairs. Newer upgrades. Did have an “old house” smell but quickly adjusted. Close to Broadway. Parking was small issue. Was allowed 1 car in front but filled when we returned so had to park in back. Host not overly helpful. On other hand, liked not being contacted at check-in and able to just come and go without having to interact. House was overall clean but dusty floors in corners and cleaning fee a bit steep.
