The host was very responsive to all of my questions and my family who stayed here over the holidays were very comfortable and pleased with their stay! Thanks!
I’m so glad we found this listing. The price and proximity to everything was great. Appreciated the walkable neighborhood, secure parking, secure bldg, laundry. High speed wifi was great for we remote workers. I’d absolutely stay again!
The property is in a great location to various popular spots in Nashville and is clean, nicely decorated and offers private areas if staying with numerous people. Would definitely consider staying here again when in the area.
Had a great stay while visiting our college daughter for Easter. Property was centrally located, clean, well stocked with essentials & perfect for our stay. The free covered parking & ample street parking was a huge bonus. Will return!
My family and I found our stay here amazing! It is so warm and cozy with lots of room in the bedrooms. The owner was very responsive to all my emails and the check in process was so easy. We will definitely return to this property again!
The rental was centrally located to our activities. There was plenty of room and coffee pot and Keurig were provided. The bedrooms were on 2nd and 3rd levels, with main seating area on the first level. The only complaint was that the first level was very cold as the floor is concrete and no direct heat source. Aside from that, the rental fit our needs.
We had a wonderful time in Nashville. I graduated from Vanderbilt 20 years ago, and you cannot beat this location. It is a safe and convenient place to stay.
This place was amazing, great location to many Nashville locations, easy to access - shhhh the super secret parking is next level. The host are so amazing and great communicators. Great food near by, quick access to downtown. Will 1000% be booking again from here on our next trip to Nashville.
We loved our experience! Clean, comfy beds, no noise. Garage under condo was perfect and easy. Communication was great. We had no issues and would stay again!
We had a lovely time in this condo. The team was responsive and helpful. The covered dedicated parking was the best part of the deal and made loading in and out with kids super easy. A floor layout plan would have been helpful ahead of time, but we were overall happy with our stay and would stay there again!
We were in town for the SEC basketball tournament and to get acquainted with differentNeighborhoods around the city as our son will be moving there for post collegiate employment. Our stay was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet, a quick uber to Broadway, or a nice walk to Vanderbilt/midtown area. Management was in frequent contact to make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend!
What we loved: location, comfort, decor, plenty of beds and bathrooms, covered parking, host communication and response time. Our girls loved having the big beds, walk-in closet, and private bathroom on the 2nd floor all to themselves. What was so-so: more stairs than we expected. We definitely got our steps in!What wasn't so great: quite a few gross dishes that had been put away "clean," dodging tire-swallowing potholes to get to parking, and a squeaky bed on the 3rd floor.Overall, we would recommend this property (if you don't mind stairs). It was close to a nice park/walking area, it was easy to get to any place we wanted to go in Nashville, and the host was very easy to work with.
We were so pleased with the location- close to everything we needed. The accommodations were perfect for our family. It was pretty cold during our week in Nashville and the only thing I would have changed would be to have some area rugs on the concrete floors for comfort and some additional blankets or throws (just a seasonal recommendation). We had a smoke detector needing a battery change and it was handled in minutes of our call so thank you for that! We would definitely stay again and plan on it! Our daughter is a student at Vandy, so we will be visiting regularly.
Loved the location of this amazing condo that made our morning walks convenient. Dedicated undercover parking with direct access to a bright and cozy three story unit. Lots of room to spread out. Comfortably furnished and nicely decorated including a well appointed kitchen. Thanks for the yummy coffee! We loved using the treetop master bedroom with balcony. We even had a baby Cardinal, and then his dad, visit us. Good communication with our host who provided lots of useful information. You may just see us again!
Quiet location, safe parking, and pleasant neighborhood. Disappointed at the broken and dirty glasses in cupboard, no needle on the record player (a reason why I chose this unit was to listen to vinyl), 1/2 the Uno deck missing (made for an interesting game), black floors on the main level (I scrubbed on hands and knees), and a broken dryer (which we were able to use another unit's dryer, but the idea of having working appliances is preferred). Super strong water pressure in the showers. We did appreciate the morning Keurig coffee and the balcony off the master bedroom as well as the short walk to the Parthenon to catch the tour trolley.
