For those wanting a true Franklin experience, you have found your spot. With plenty of natural light, a throughly clean environment and thoughtful details, you will be able to unwind and enjoy your stay. Conveniently located less than a mile from downtown Franklin and minutes from grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants.



The guest house is newly renovated with plenty of natural light. It has a walkway to the right of the driveway, leading you to your private entrance. The loft is located upstairs. We also provide a hair dryer and iron for your traveling convenience.



We are always available for a text or a phone call during your stay! We love the Franklin area and would love to help you have the best possible experience.



We live in a quiet neighborhood that is family friendly. Close to parks, coffee shops and restaurants.



The guesthouse is set back from the main house above a two car garage. Guests who book `The Nook` area allowed to park two cars. The parking spaces for the Nook are in front of the left garage door and then you can park a car directly behind your other car. Again on the left side and also not blocking the main driveway.



A $200 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.

Festive Getaway

It is awfully special to do your Christmas Shopping in Historic Franklin while enjoying the comfort of the nook. This is a quaint, clean, comfy, well appointed bungalow within a walk to downtown. Check in process was a breeze, and our host was wonderful.

Great little nook near downtown Franklin

My wife and I were in town for a weekend event in Franklin. We spent three nights and loved the location. We will definitely return on future visits to Franklin, TN.

Perfect get away.

Loved Franklin

Convenient to Franklin

The VRBO unit was represented well as advertised. I wouldn't walk to town unless it was cooler weather! It was very convenient as we were exploring Franklin for a day. Franklin Tn offers a variety of things to do. We enjoyed our stay.

The Nook Rises Above

Clearly cared for and with every amenity, this private, quiet and comfortable property within walking distance of downtown and historic points rates 5 stars. Enjoy the colorful murals in the backyard, too!

Perfect Stay

The Nook is absolutely cozy and a nice walking distance from historic downtown Franklin. I brought my granddaughter to Tennessee for a road-trip and she was especially delighted with the Nook. Thinking about decorating her own home soon, she got ‘great inspiration’ from the tasteful and welcoming decor. Loved the murals in the yard! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

A wonderful place to stay!

There were no surprises here. The package was exactly as presented on the web. Clean, quiet, convenient location, well taken care of, relaxing, private, and all in all it was an “ahhhhhhh.” When we return to the area we will want to stay here again.

Cozy, near Main St & Seamless

This property was exactly as the pictures depicted. It was very quaint, easy to get to and check-in and out was a breeze. We stayed for one night and it was the perfect way to start my 50th birthday adventure! One thing I would recommend for anyone staying there is to bring an eye mask, as the outside lights light up the bedroom. If lights aren’t an issue for you, then no problem!Thank you for a great stay!

Super convenient location, very cute property.

This was a great place to stay for a conference in Franklin. The property was conveniently located just outside of the main street area of Franklin. Definitely walkable, but also a very cheap Uber/Lyft ride. The property was comfortable, clean and well-designed. There were snacks and coffee which I really appreciated, as someone who forgot to bring my usual travel rations! Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The price, convenience, and comfort all made for a great stay!

Very nice property

Exactly what my daughter and I needed for a short stay in town. Close to everything and a short drive to the airport. Thankyou for sharing your quaint garage apartment. It was just what we needed. We had food delivered while we were there from excellent neighborhood restaurants, shopped in town and enjoyed the pet friendly downtown area.
