Well appointed with everything you need for comfy sleep, relaxing family time, and access to lots of activities in the great outdoors, this newly remodeled space is located in a quiet neighborhood within short driving distance of some of Arkansas’ unique attractions. We are 16 mi from the Crater of Diamonds State Park, 19 mi from Old Washington Historic State Park, and 70 miles from Hot Springs National Park.

This was an amazing place for 3 kids, wife , and myself. We stayed a week here and loved it. Beds were so comfy, everything was clean, and had good water pressure for the shower. Had extra of everything we needed stocked up. The owners even made our family cookies. You do have to walk thru one bedroom to get to the other. We did not mind, would definitely stay again

Not what advertised

Listing advertised hit tub and spa tub but had neither. Also listed as two bedroom but we had to walk through the other couples bedroom to get to the bathroom and leave our bedroom door open because we had no a/c in our room. Didn't sleep well because the bed was hard. We ended up paying for a motel the second night we were supposed to stay. Next time I rent from a VRBO I will definitely ask a whole lot more questions because we were very unsatisfied with our trip.
