Our thoughtfully and professionally designed 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo delivers an authentic Nashville experience. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper, and a custom bed. Located just 0.8 miles from Downtown Broadway, you’re only a 5-minute drive or an easy walk to iconic live music venues, world-class dining, and entertainment,. Enjoy access to a rooftop deck with skyline views, perfect for experiencing the heart of Music City.

• Living room with a queen pullout sofa for additional sleeping space.

• Access to rooftop space and gym.
• Access to free parking in the garage for up to two cars.

Our building is secure, with controlled access to the building, common areas, fitness center, and condo through the Point Central system. Additionally, on-site security is provided at night and on weekends.

PARKING:
We provide 2 designated parking spots at no additional cost to our guests and recommend using these spots when available.

The garage is managed by a third party. Guests must register their license plate using the instructions provided in the check-in information.

If you have more than 2 vehicles, additional garage parking is available at a 50% discount using the QR code posted in the lobby, elevators, and condo. Free street parking and rideshare are also options.

Please note: There are no in/out privileges, and additional parking is charged each time you enter and exit. The garage is third-party operated, and we cannot control or adjust parking charges or tickets.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 4. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
