You will enter into a large open concept, family room with 2 full size couches, w chairs with ottomans, 2 additional chairs, queen size futon, reading swing, bench, ceiling fan, 75" smart tv and fireplace. As you pass through the family room you enter the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for breakfast in. Comfortable dining area with additional seating at the island. One bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a 75" smart tv, closet, luggage rack. In the closet you will find a pack and play, croquet set and corn hole game.

On the upper level you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and two twin beds w/ 75” tv. The other two rooms share a bathroom with one room having a king bed and the other a queen bed. All bedrooms and family room have large smart TV’s. Backyard has a deck w/ cafe lights and adirondack chairs. The patio has cushioned seating, fire table, large spa with cafe lights, croquette, corn hole and private parking. We had a great stay in Nashville. The home was beautifully decorated with more than enough space. Our only complaint would be at the time the grass was not cut so it was a bit of an eye sore upon arrival, but other than that everything else about the property was great.

Very nice home

This home was amazing for our group, three couples. It was very clean and super spacious! We would definitely recommend to anyone. The location was a quick lyft drive to downtown and the drive to and from the airport was not bad either.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our bachelorette trip. Very clean and cute!! The owner was great as well. BUT the location is not great. Our Uber drivers said the area was transitioning but we tried not to stay outside for long. It also is about 10 minutes to downtown.

Home away from home.

A delightful home to stay in. This house had everything needed except your own personal things. We all enjoyed the amenities that were offered hot tub fire pit games bbq. We took a uber to Broadway so we didn't worry about parking. There was 8 in our party and plenty of room for everyone.
