This amazing home has huge demand as Nashville's premier vacation rental. The Titan Penthouse will not disappoint as the ultimate vacation destination. Boasting 2 levels of extreme luxury for your Nashville retreat. Located in the heart of Downtown 2 blocks from the World Famous Honky Tonks and Music Venues of Broadway, The Lofts at Noel Court will provide you and your guests the upmost comfort and convenience during your visit to Nashville. The Lofts at Noel Court are located on 3rd Ave North, between Church St & Union St, across from Printer's Alley.

Your home away from home whether you decide to stay 2 nights or 2 weeks is complete with all the amenities needed to provide an amazing experience while touring and exploring Music City.

Each Bedroom is appointed with it's own Ensuite Bath providing everything needed to prepare for a night on the town in the Music City.

The Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prepare a meal in, providing relaxation and time to unwind. A Kuerig coffee maker is provided with starter pods, creamer and sweetener.

With a large living Area, balcony lounge with pool table, outdoor deck with hot tub that overlooks Titan's Stadium, this home is comfy and well appointed for socializing and sharing stories of your Nashville adventures. There is plenty of space to socialize and also retreat after a day out exploring Nashville.

All the essentials are provided by this professionally managed condo; Towels, Linens, Starters of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dishwasher Pods, Bath Soap & Shampoo.

We had a small issue with noise coming from neighbours at 3am first night but Kevin responded quickly and all was good. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place. After the hustle and bustle of downtown traffic, crowded sidewalks, and challenging parking situations, entering the Titan Penthouse was like taking a breath of fresh air. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well equipped to offer our family ample visiting areas. The pool table and hot tub were family favorites. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to return some day.

Great Getaway!

Went to this property with friends to celebrate retirement and had a wonderful time! Right in the heart of Printers Alley and a short walk to Broadway. Overall property was well maintained and quick response from property manger when needed. Perfect for 4 couples and a beautiful view of Nissan Stadium from the rooftop with hot tub. Will certainly use this property again if needed in the future!

When you you want to vacation with friends in Nashville, this location offers everything you need. Location is located within a few blocks of Broadway. Enough size to sleep 12 people. Hassle free check in and check out, offered us late check out to accommodate flights out of Nashville. They provide comfortable beds and couches. Prefect areas to gather and hang as you ready your self for the night out. We could not happier with our choice to stay at the Titan Penthouse.

Great Location in Nashville

This rental was in a great location in Nashville within walking distance of almost everything you would want to see when visiting. While this 3rd floor unit did have a private elevator, it was not available for use by guests, so the move in/out processes were more difficult than we would have liked. However, once in the unit, the stairs were not a major problem.

Location can't be beat--some ups and downs

Overall we enjoyed our stay--four 50+ yr old ladies trip to Nashville. The ups...Titan Penthouse is roomy and clean and so walkable to everything!! The hot tub was amazing--coffee in the hot tub every morning and cocktails every evening. So perfect. The communication with the owners was good. The downs...there was no access to a washer/dryer despite the picture in the description, the speaker system is impossible to figure out (they delivered a bose bluetooth to us), the fireplaces aren't usable, you're not allowed to open the garage door on the rooftop, broken garbage disposal, and lots of burnt out light bulbs. Again, the overall experience here was good. The place just needs a little simplifying for guests who would like to use all of the amenities.

30th Anniversary celebrated

Overall, a fantastic long Thanksgiving Day weekend. My wife and i celebrated our 30th anniversary with our 3 adult children and 2 spouse’s. It's an easy walk to Broadway and everything that downtown has to offer. We enjoyed steak for Thanksgiving dinner using the grill and well appointed kitchen. The hot tub was fantastic! Yes, you could hear the traffic and occasional sirens, but you're in the city. The Black Market bar across the street had terrific food at very reasonable prices. It was not perfect, but didn't expect it to be. We had one issue with the thermostat for the furnace, but that was solved within minutes with one email. Yes, it was on the pricey side, but I feel overall very worth the money!
