We are a family of four plus a dog and stopped over on a road trip. The place was perfect for our needs. Comfortable, welcoming, with everything you need. Nice hosts, great communication, great location.
Property was convenient for us as we were visiting various relatives. We were close to nice restaurants as well.
We felt safe in the area and liked the walking path across the street.
Great little home in Nashville. Clean and comfortable. Convenient location, with nice walking path just across the street. Would definitely rent again.
On our way from Indiana to Florida we decided to spend a night in Nashville. We brought our two dogs. Great to have a fenced in backyard. The house is very clean and in a great location. We will stay there again!
Really Good location to downtown, house was very clean, the only downside was the cot wasn’t working and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable, but overall great place, just make sure no one has to sleep anywhere but the beds.
Perfect location, safe neighborhood, great place if you have dogs because of the fenced yard and porch. Bring eye mask if you need to sleep in darkness due to the street lights.
This cute bungalow was the perfect stay for our trip to Nashville. Fenced in yard for our pup on a corner lot. Nice porch for morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Access to a walking path across the street, too. Neighborhood is great, walkable to several restaurants. Quick ride share to downtown Nashville. Would definitely recommend.
Great place to stay. Easy to get to everything in Nashville. Very clean inside. My only suggestion is to clean the outside as well. When you open the blinds all you see are cobwebs. Same with sitting out on the porch. The outside could use the same TLC.

Convenient location and pet friendly
The house was in a very convenient location with a quick Lyft ride to downtown. It has a fenced in yard, which was great for our dogs. The photos of the house in the listing seem slightly dated as the home is older and the floors, kitchen and living room furniture are showing some wear. The back porch deck boards will need to be replaced soon as well. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and we would return, especially if traveling with animals.

This is such a cute cozy house! The location is perfect! Very easy access! I was worried about noise but it was not noisy at all other than the daily fire trucks! House is old and could use some TLC but it was clean and it has a fabulous fenced yard with direct access from a covered porch! It is a true gem that hopefully won’t get turned into a tall and skinny!!!
This was our first time visiting Nashville and we wanted a safe, comfortable space for us and our 2 small dogs and this home was perfect.
The house is just as listed and was very clean. The fenced in backyard was great for our dogs to run around. It was a bit cold outside in late December to walk them, but the house is located in a great neighborhood and there was a walking/running path across the road.
We used Uber to go downtown one night and it was very convenient and pretty inexpensive ($12). We also found several restaurants near the home that had great food so we didn’t need to go into the city to eat. We ate at Bricktops one evening and it was very good.
Highly recommend this home and would love to stay again!
Lovely bungalow was perfect for us! My husband and I were traveling with our daughter and son-in-law and our 2 pups. The house was super clean and absolutely adorable! I loved that the original wood floors were kept, yet the bath and kitchen were updated while staying true to the original charm. We had everything we needed plus more. Beds were comfortable, and I really appreciate each bedroom having a queen bed when traveling with another couple. The coffee, cream and sugar provided were a hit in the morning, and the covered porch overlooking the yard was the perfect spot to sit and sip! Most importantly for us was the large, beautiful, grassy fenced in backyard for our pups. They enjoyed exploring it as much as we enjoyed Nashville. Also appreciate the other extras provided, like shampoo conditioner and body wash, and pet supplies - wipes, bags and dishes! Super convenient location in a quiet neighborhood so close to everything. Would love to stay here again.
This was our third time staying at this property. We love how close it is to everything. The best part is that it the yard is fenced so we get to bring our pups with us.
Our son graduated from Vanderbilt and is also a VandyBoy baseball player. This house was the PERFECT location…super close to Hawkins field and lots of other things. Huge yard which our dogs loved running in. Only downside is no washer/dryer.
The property was good and worked well for the 2 of us and our small dog. It is a bungalow style home and is older and in decent shape. The temperature outside was only 10 degrees and the heat worked very well as did the hot water. (Important for winter time!). The fan/light needs fixed in one bedroom as the fan cannot turn off. The back yard needs raked up. Be careful with the bathroom door as the handle is loose as it is with the kitchen sink controls. The TVs and WiFi and cable all worked very well. Plenty of dishes and glasses, cups and overall it worked well for us!
