Perfect spot!

The Vrbo was perfectly located near all amenities and downtown. It was walkable if desired, but Lyfts and Ubers were very reasonable to downtown attractions. The place itself was very clean and nicely decorated with quality furniture. We would gladly book this Vrbo again!

A great stay

Overall I was very impressed with this place! Close enough to Broadway if you don’t mind a little walk. Very clean, check in was great, and loved being on the first floor. However, I wouldn’t try to fit more than 6 people again. Not enough room for air mattress, and one bathroom isn’t ideal. Luckily there was a public condo bathroom. The second bedroom having no closet, and not a lot of floor room for luggage was tricky. But again, overall a great stay. Just wouldn’t recommend more than 6 people!

We had an excellent stay at the two bedroom condo in a great location in the Gulch area. Condo and facilities were very clean and the owner was very responsive and attentive. We would definitely stay here in the future if traveling back to Nashville.
