  • Welcome to our vibrant riverfront apartment! Walk to Broadway, downtown, and Germantown’s bars & restaurants. Enjoy the river view from the balcony or relax by the pool. The unit has 2 private bedrooms & 2 baths: Bedroom 1 – King + twin air mattress, Bedroom 2 – 2 Doubles, Living room – pull-out sofa + 2 foldable chairs. Perfect for groups!

    In our unit you can sit & enjoy the river view from the balcony or relax at the pool!

Great for two couples!!

Beautiful condo!! Very colorful and well stocked with everything you need. Loved the free covered parking! It’s kind of a long walk to Broadway and there is a lot of construction going on in the area right now. It is only a 5 minute walk to the minor league baseball park and brewery! We would stay there again.

The condo itself was very nice and clean! I will say that the walk to Broadway street was a bit far in the heat and the surrounding neighborhood is under construction.

The condo is decorated adorably with a great location near Nissan stadium and downtown. However, it's on third floor with outdoor stairs. Didn't find out until after I paid for booking. Wouldn't have normally been an issue but we had a person with mobility issues. Would recommend adding that to the description upfront. Also, the hot water lasted less than 5 minutes for a shower.
