Great all around

This private studio was exactly what we were looking for. Close to downtown, far enough away to be able to relax after all the hustle and bustle on Broadway. Very safe and clean Neighboorhood. Quick walk to coffee shops, breakfast and lunch places.

We had such a fun time in Nashville, this is our second year staying in these properties, they’re approximately 6ish blocks off Broadway,an easy walk. The space itself was very clean and well stocked. We will be staying here again!

Adorable condo in a great location

The property is as described and pictured. It was perfect for my 12-year-old and I for a Spring Break getaway! The parking was a great addition and we could easily walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Listening Room, area restaurants and more. Very professional owner - great communication.

This place was everything they said it would be. The pictures were spot on. Great for me and my husband. No UBER needed to walk to Broadway. Safe, great location, great communication, easy check in and out. It was very clean. They had coffee and cracker snacks that were complimentary! We would 100% rent this place again!

100% Walkability

If you are visiting Nashville for a great music and dining experience (and why else would you be there?) this location is perfect. It’s just a few blocks from Broadway and even closer to more intimate music venues such as, The Listening Room and 3rd and Lindsley. Jess and Ty have compiled a very inclusive list of dining, entertainment, and tourism destinations, which make planning your day a breeze. We have travel van - loaded with personal stuff- and felt relieved to have the gated parking literally steps away from the front door of the condo. If you have questions or concerns, Jess or Ty respond in minutes . The neighborhood is a perfect retreat after a night of great dining and music. This is definitely our go-to property for a groovy, Nashville experience- see you next visit.

Perfect for a couple

This studio is perfect for two people. It is a small, one room apartment but it has some separation of the kitchen area and the bathroom and vanity are separate with door closures. The location in reference to Broadway is very good. It is about a six block walk (some uphill) but nice to have the option to walk. The unit is surrounded by locked gates so provides added security. The owners are excellent communicators. From the reservation process, to the contract, to the security deposit to the check in. All was handled very professionally and they respond to questions very quickly. We will definitely look to come back another time. One final note, both my wife and i worked remotely one of the days and the WiFi was perfect the entire day.
