Not only is this fantastic condo a perfect place to call “home base“ during your stay in Nashville, but it is also THOROUGHLY-CLEANED, SANITIZED, and is a SPECTACULAR SPACE for stay cations, a work-from-home alternative, or for small families.

Eclectic patterns and thoughtful decor items adorn each space in this modern home to create a fun and stylish atmosphere. Lounge on the plush furniture in the morning before heading out to explore the city right from the doorstep.

Located in a gorgeous, historic brick building, our fantastic newly renovated condo is right in the heart of downtown Nashville. We have created a space that is a blend of comfy, cozy, historic, and artistic! This fully and newly renovated space is the perfect get-away space. Its peaceful, creative, and clean. We are just a few blocks away from some of the best of what Nashville has to offer including:

The Country Music Hall of Fame
The Ryman Auditorium
Nissan Stadium (home of the TN Titans)
Bridgestone Arena (home of the Nashville Preds)
The Nashville Music City Center
The Frist Museum
The TN Performing Arts Center

Being in the heart of the city, the home is central to many of Nashville's excellent locations. Walk through the Country Music Hall of Fame or catch a game at the Nissan Stadium. The rest of Nashville is just a short ride or bike away.

Our condo is a few blocks away from everything downtown!

Nashville is very easy to get around...though mass transit isn't exactly our 'thing', yet! Lyft and Uber is everywhere and you can easily rent bikes at one of the many bike rental stations scattered around town. We are close to everything!

KEYLESS ENTRY: Our guests have keyless entry and are provided with their own unique code. At the front door, simply enter your unique code on our key-less lock. In the unlikely event that you can't access the condo, please call and we will assist you. Come and go as you please!

We ask that our guests respect our non-smoking rule (there is plenty of room outside for smoking) and do not allow pets.

The place is wonderful, and the location is ideal. I did notice that the water pressure is a bit lower than expected, but I understand it's an older building. Additionally, a few of the outlets in the living room weren't functioning. However, these are relatively minor concerns. Overall, I appreciate the experience.

The listing is cute and clean! Looks exactly like the pictures, and is in a very quaint historic building. We had an easy time getting wherever we needed to go either by foot or a quick uber. I only knocked off a star because the bed is small for bigger people me and my husband are both over 6 feet and that was a little bit hard for us to sleep like we’re used to. Other than that it was just as described in the listing, and the management communicates very well! Thank you!

Perfect location for concert at The Ryman

Great location and as advertised. My son and I were in town for one night for a concert at The Ryman. 10 minute walk to the show and Broadway. Unit was clean, communication was easy, and everything was smooth all the way from booking until check out.

SMALL for 4 but GREAT location

4 adults- in Nashville to check off a bucket list for our inlaws for a weekend Fri to monday am. Location was great...well described in reviews. Slight hill as you walk to closest street....ret was pretty flat as yu make way to Broadway. We were able to walk every am and night. Felt safe in neighborhood. Place was very clean for sure. 2 of us slept on pull out couch which was not that comfortable. we are average size women....the older adults slept in bedroom. they said bed was comfortable. we could shut a door for privacy, but know that you had to go thru the bedroom to get to the bathroom. no one mentioned in other reviews. There really isnt comfortable seating to hang out in condo if you are a group of 4. We all thought it was a GREAT space for 2 people...3 max. Elevator and steps to go to apt are very small space wise. Instructions and check in was very easy. I would recommend to my friends if the group was 3 or less.

I will write a frank review. The apartment location is very convenient but the entry is disable unfriendly. Our daughter had to move to a hotel, as a result. The apartment is well furnished. The bed room should have a wooden or vinyl flooring. The bath room needs more mats in front of toilet as well as washbasin. The biggest issue was the huge noise made periodically by the AC unit. Some sound insulation can be added?Kitchen is nice. A minor add- on could be half-plates and cups & saucers.I request you to consider these to enhance the value of everyone's stay.
