If you are going to Nashville, you won't find a better place to stay, Jim and Tina provide a laid back, clean, quiet, totally personal environment to spend your visit. Great cottage, full of their own eclectic furnishings and accessories, and you will lack for nothing to make your stay comfortable. If I come back to Nashville, I know where I will stay again! This is a fantastic property and is perfect for any stay in Nashville. Quiet, out of the way neighborhood but still convenient to most attractions in the area. Had a great evening hanging out with the owners and can't wait for a return trip!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at 7C’s. Easy location to get to (w/Lyft&Uber) and a quiet neighborhood. Our sleeps were comfy and peaceful. 7C’s is a cute little place to stay and clean inside and out.Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville but close enough to get to, to enjoy all the entertainment Nashville has to offer. There is a Walmart close by where we picked up a few groceries for our stay. I would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to hear Jim play some original music that was just cool and Tina gave us great restaurant recommendations. The unit was just perfect, close to Broadway, and the hosts were exceptional! Would definitely stay again!!!
