Great place to stay!

We came in for a long weekend and this place is perfect! The location was great there are plenty of places to eat and bars with live music within walking distance. And it is an easy Uber drive to Broadway to check it out! Property managers were easy to work with! Highly recommended!

Nice location

Stayed here for SEC basketball tournament and was close enough to walk to downtown each day. Place had everything we needed and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

It was a very nice place to stay, close to everything! Unit was very clean and quiet and nice to have washer and dryer and other amenities. The owners let us know the day before that the jacuzzi jets were broken but it was still a nice tub for a bath!

This was our first experience with Vrbo and I can say definitely not our last. Having a space totally to ourselves was great and close enough to lower Broadway we could walk. Can’t wait to come back 🎻🎼🍻

Great place and perfect location

This is a great place to stay while visiting downtown Nashville.Its a 15/20 walk down to the vibrant end of Broadway or half that on one of the electric scooters that are dotted all over the city.You get sent all check in / out instructions the day before you arrive.Secure entry into the building and into the suite.It's on the 6th floor but the lift takes you straight to the door.The suite is large and has 2 rooms and two seating areas - one of which doubles up and drop down double bed (this bed ain't to comfy, but can't fault anything else)Bath/shower is separate to the toilet and is a large space. There is also a full laundry room and we'll appointment kitchenette.This is a great place to reach all areas of town via foot, scooter or lyft taxi.Plenty of nice pubs around within 2 to 3 mins walk.I would come back tomorrow Thanks for the stay

Great location to downtown and convention centet

Enjoyed our stay. Rebecca was great to work with. Felt safe at location as women traveling alone. Condo was clean and comfortable. Can’t really cook due to small kitchen and no stove, but did not affect our stay!. Would stay again.

We lucked out here!

The condo was comfortable, quiet, neat and clean. We enjoyed the 20 minute walk to all of the action on Broadway and The Gulch. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Such a great apartment!

We stayed at this spacious apartment for our daughter's graduation from Vanderbilt. It was very well-located, convenient, well-apportioned, comfortable, quiet, etc. We had one question during our stay and Becky answered it promptly. We would not hesitate to book this place again an strongly recommend it to others! We were sad to leave.

Lovely apartment

Very well-equipped, nicely furnished, city view, pretty. Free parking a bonus. Could walk to a number of neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, but also easy to drive to famous Nashville attractions. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Accommodations great!

We had a wonderful stay. Lots of entertainment, bars, restaurants and history in this neighborhood. Easy to get to Broadway via Uber or nice walk. Surprised on a bus tour they told us the sixth floor was rented by elvis for recordings in his years. Lots of information on the rooms and area to help with our stay. Beds comfortable, lots of space, quiet accomodations.

Overall great!

Clean, quiet, nice view, great location! Beds and pillows were comfy. Downside: no stove in the kitchen and would suggest to the host to add some more hooks in or near the bathroom for towels. But overall perfect for what we needed!

With a bit of maintenance this would be a nice place

The location is great and there is some good history surrounding the place. However, the building has deferred its maintenance, so the common areas are a bit worn. The actual condo was ok, nothing great, but for the right price it would be acceptable.
