I liked our stay at this Margaritaville Resort. We stayed at One Particular Harbor next store which was a surprise to us when we booked online but it was fine and we had access to all the amenities, which are as advertised. The cruise ships coming and going was fun to watch, but it seems that those folks get off and come to the resort and then leave each day and the whole town closes. It's pretty quiet before and after the cruise folks come and go. Eating here is a problem. Everything outside the resort closes at 6PM. Service is just bad everywhere on the island including the resort. Service people are nice, but not accommodating and not fast. Eat on the resort which is just okay and bring as much food as you can.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Assisted with getting transportation as needed, made excellent dining recommendations and seemed to care that your stay went well and your needs were met. Titto, the Hotel Manager and Yuri at the front desk were exceptional!
