Breathtaking, panorama, and restful views of the sea at this Waterfront, seaside home! Snorkel and swim at beautiful, colorful Coral Reefs or Dive/fish for Snappers and Lobsters in the ocean 35 steps away from house! The outdoor area has a private pool, and adirondack chairs to enjoy. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. 1st room has a King Size Bed with Ocean Views. The 2nd, Queen Size bed and Ocean Views, 3rd room, two full beds. Bedrooms have 55 inch TV's, high speed Internet. Relax & unwind as you feel the ocean breeze!The outdoor area has a covered patio with an adjacent room for washer/dryer.
There are three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom includes a King Size Bed, large walk-in closet, connecting bathroom and Ocean Views. The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed and Ocean Views. The third bedroom has two full size beds. All bedrooms have TV's. There is High Speed Internet included, just bring along a laptop. Beautiful open plan Living, Dining rooms and Kitchen, all with Ocean Views. Relax and Unwind as you sit on our Lounge Chairs and feel ocean breeze! You'll love our Private Home and Swimming Pool.

Our Private Ocean Front Villa is located on Yamacraw Hill Road of the Island of New Providence, Nassau.

The Villa is internet/cable ready. It is a three (3) minute drive from the grocery store Super Value and Solomon's Fresh Market. Wendy's, Starbucks, Domino's Pizza, and Pink Octopus restaurants are a three to five minute drive.
There is complete privacy at the Ocean Front Villa as it is completely enclosed and a wooden picket fence making the swimming pool and back patio activities very private.

Ocean Paradise is approximately a 15 minute drive to Atlantis, Paradise Island where there are many activities and ways to spend your leisure time as follows:

There are numerous restaurants to choose from such as Carmine's,Bimini Road, Cafe Martinique, the Market Place, SeaFire, Ben & Jerry's ice-cream and Starbucks, at the Marina Village at Atlantis Resort.

There is the One and Only Ocean Club and Atlantis with great golf courses, snorkeling, boating, Dolphin Encounters, Para-sailing and the Bo-Hingy boat which can take visitors to a nearby island called Harbor Island to see the gorgeous pink sand beaches.

Bay Street, the Town Center is an 18 minute drive from the Villa. There you will find a straw Market, Rum Cake Factory, Senior Frogs Bar and Restaurant, The Governors House, Luciano's Restaurant, just to name a few things.

On the other hand, the Ocean Front Villa is a quiet, relaxing get-away where you can sit back on our fabulous Oceanfront patio and enjoy the soothing sounds of the Ocean which seem to release a feeling of Peace/Tranquility and enjoy a little bit of Heaven on Earth!

There is a Five Star, world famous resort called Atlantis, located on the very popular Paradise Island. Visit the restaurants and shops at Marina Village, tennis, swim with the dolphins or participate in various tourist sea excursions. Tourists can buy a day pass for $135 per adult and $80 per child and be able to enjoy all of its facilities including the Water Theme Park, slides, underwater aquariums and gorgeous beaches.

A visit to Blue Lagoon Island is highly recommended where you can pat the Sea Lions and swim with the Dolphins.Guests can spend a whole or half day on the beach on this excursion.

There is a full day 'Family Island' trips/excursions on the 'Bohengy Boat' (also called Bahamas Fast Ferries) which takes approximately 2-1/2 hours to travel to family islands like Harbor Island, Eleuthera, where there are more gorgeous, secluded beaches with pink sand.

We loved the house, especially the pool! We swam in the pool every day. The house was clean, well stocked, and being right on the water was spectacular! The host was great to work with. She was helpful and attentive. Check in was easy. And she allowed for us to check out late the day we left too. We absolutely loved our stay!

Graduation trip

We spent a week at the end of May. The home is well appointed. Kitchen has everything you could ever need. Towels galore. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Great family vacation !

We had a wonderfull vacation at this Villa. Very well located on the sea with several activities on site and near by.We were well supported by the host on planning our trip including several tips. As a note, a car is a must to visit the island.

Location is beautiful and quiet

Location is beautiful and quiet, it’s just aways from town. We rented a car since there were 7 of us and that worked just perfect. Host is excellent at responding and communicating. We had a great time! Pool was nice, although we did swim in the ocean everyday.

Highly recommended

The villa was pretty much as described in the listing. Cathy was a superb host who dealt with minor issues promptly and efficiently, going above and beyond what was required to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. A car is essential in order to get to supermarkets and Nassau, which is just 15-20 minutes away.

Family of 4, boys 18 & 20, loved it.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The only issue was the inflateable kayaks had leaks in them and were unusable. We didn't much day time at the house anyway.Family had a great, relaxing, well needed vacation. Lots of games and puzzles.

A Paradise indeed

Amazing location, perfect for people like us enjoying a peaceful neighborhood. Yet, a short drive away from shopping centers and activities. We enjoyed snorkeling and fishing at the property and the swimming pool was a plus for our teens. The house was great for us and I would have given a 5-star rating with a bit better maintenance. Overall, we had a great time.

Beautiful location right on the ocean

What a wonderful location right on the sea. Over the wall is a series of platforms with steps leading directly into the ocean. Some days the sea was somewhat rough, but others it was placid and you could get in easily and swim and snorkel in the clear water. A/C worked well in the property and it was a quiet location. The property had tons of towels and was decently well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The hammock in the back was a lovely spot to relax along with the deck chairs. Some elements were a bit tired or showing some age, but overall, it was a great stay.

This place is everything!!

I couldnt have gotten an easier check in process for an amazing property. And the ocean right off the back of the villa sold me!!! Not a thing out of place on this home.

Very nice property in nicer area of Bahamas. We loved being able to hop in the ocean. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect ocean view

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had many extras to help our stay be fun. There were games, books, swimming and beach supplies. The kitchen worked well for feeding all six of us. We especially enjoyed the back porch seating and steps right down to the water.

It was a wonderful week. Cathy was a gem. The location was amazing. The view breathtaking. If Chef Day is available please hire her services. Her food was a highlight This truly was a great place for a family vacation.

Relaxation at it’s finest!

We loved our house in the Bahamas! Morning sun and shaded porch in the afternoons. Close to several local beaches. We especially enjoyed being in an area that was less ‘touristy’, but close enough to everything we wanted to do with our rental car. Property has all the comforts we wanted for my husband and I and our 1 20yt old daughters.

Girls trip 50th Birthday

Amazing location right on the water. Great place to stay with friends! Walk out the door to watch the sunrise each morning. We snorkeled each and everyday! Was absolutely perfect for our group of girlfriends. I will bring my family back as well! The outdoor space and location were top notch!

Beautiful setting

Lovely setting. Easy to find. Fully equipped. Clean. Could do with updating as looked a bit tired. You definitely needed a car for that end of the island to get to places of interest. We were very happy with our stay there. Lovely to wake up with the beautiful blue waters.
