This PRIVATE, modern studio apartment is one of four units with pool and beach access. The complex is apart of a larger GATED property and is perfect for a weekend get away, business trip, staycation, work from home, or a cozy home base while exploring everything Nassau has to offer.

Unbeatable location within a 5 mile radius of The Fish Fry, Baha Mar Resort and Downtown. It's also walking distance to nearby Saunders Beach and a bus stop which gives you assess public transportation.

Periwinkle has a open concept design and easily accommodates up to three guests with a queen bed and a pull out sofa.

Needs TLC

The property was a great location and nicely designed but is showing signs of wear. A little Tender Loving Care (TLC) would go a long way toward making this worth an A+ property. A deep cleaning, extra towels, soap in the soap dispenser and some touch-up painting. The pool was Fantastic.
