Fantastic unit for our stay! Owner was extremely helpful with anything we asked and responded quickly! The property is great and the beach access was AWESOME! There were maybe 4 other people near us on the beach at any one time, so so nice!! Would recommend this rental over and over! Also…don’t listen to the poor reviews of Violas, food was very good and service was top notch!

Great location!

This condo is located in a beautiful beach, but also has two wonderful pools too! It was just big enough for my husband and I. The owner is absolutely amazing and can help with anything (24 hours a day!). There is a restaurant on the propriety if you don’t feel like going anywhere. Food is ok.

Beautiful Property at Sunrise

My daughter and I stayed in Steve's place and had an enjoyable time. Steve is very responsive and the condo was very clean and had all the essentials. It's steps away to the beautiful beach and pools.We can't wait to visit again!

We had a great time at Beach villas - location is unbeatable, host is very responsive, kitchen is well equipped with everything. The restaurant is on premises. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place.

Wonderful stay

The property has quick access to a beautiful beach. The area was quiet, perfect for well deserved time down. We paid a reduced rate of 40/day for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella on the beach, well worth it, There are some shade areas on the beach where many just laid towels. Steve was very prompt to answer any questions and was great to work with.

Boy oh boy! My daughter and I, had the best holiday!The Bahamas is so beautiful and so picturesque!Steve’s place was amazing and absolutely incredible.He is such a wonderful person and a wonderful host, so incredibly attentive. We had a lot of correspondence before our arrival and he was very personable. Steve‘s place is so close to everything on Paradise Island and only a quick trip to downtown Nassau. We were practically on the beach of Cabbage Beach with water that we have never seen before, so clear, absolutely stunning, like postcard worthy! His place is beautiful and had everything that we needed. I honestly cannot recommend his place highly enough. We were so sad to leave, my daughter was crying! and we can’t wait to return! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.Thank you so much for having us there Steve.

Everything was perfect. I enjoyed going for long walks on the beach and the unit was very quiet. I wish we could have stayed another week. Paradise! Hope to be back again one day.

Amazing location

Sunrise Beach Villas is a gem of a place to stay, and we really enjoyed Steve's place! Steve was wonderful. All sorts of thoughtful touches like beach chairs, sand toys, etc. Better bedding would be amazing but that's a small quibble. Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Great location

15 minute walk to Atlantis (which can be overrated..dont visit the buffet). The beach is quite, but within walking distance to drinks and food. The restaurant on site was some of the best we had all week.

Steve was very helpful and is a great host. Property was clean and a very short walk to the beautiful beach. Viola’s restaurant is located onsite and is a good food option if you don’t want to leave the property. This is our second time staying at this property and it’s a great vacation spot for the money.

The host communicated well and promptly. The appliances were new, and the bed was comfortable for us. Some thoughts: Spiral stairs – We are seniors and had to unpack and carry clothes upstairs. They are unnerving and steep if one has stability issues. With the bath upstairs, and if we did not have the physical capacity to climb the steps, we would have had a real problem. You should have let this be known. Bath Tub – very slippery, no hand rails or bath mat. very dangerous for seniors. We preferred purified water as recommended. We needed a taxi to get it.

Paradise Found

My wife and I just returned from a one week stay at Sunrise Beach Villas. We had a great time and highly recommend it. The rooms were very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach and pools were beautiful. Paradise Island and Nassau are excellent places to visit, lots of restaurants, bars and shopping. Violas on site had good food and was very convenient. Bahama Trip

My friend and I stayed here for a much needed getaway. The process was easy and Steve was very communicative! Seriously, he was there to address questions and needs. He had a lovely lady named Monique pick us up and take us back to the airport, $45 each trip. She was most kind and courteous. We did not use the grill, but we did cook and clean and what we needed was there. Honest….it’s a nice quiet place. Safe and close to the beach. If you are a walker, you can walk to stores or Dunkin or Atlantis or just around the island. I would stay here again.

Excellent Getaway

We enjoyed our time during our spring break from school. Property worked perfect for our family of 3. Enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and there were multiple places within walking distance for eating dinners out. For airport pickup and transportation to the condo, we used the recommended driver Monique who was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. She took us to grocery and liquor stores on the way to the condo and we arranged a ride back to the airport as well. She was punctual and helpful. I love the Bahamas and can’t wait to come back.

Quiet and peaceful getaway

Our stay here was what me and my wife needed, the villa was clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and more on the quiet side, busier up the beach around Atlantis. Walking distance to many great restaurants was a plus and taxis were always readily available if you didn’t want to walk. Steve’s place was great, and his driver Monique picked us up at airport, stopped at grocery store on way in, and dropped us off at Sunrise. She was great!! The pools were nice to sit by and read but we were out at the beach mostly, which is a wonderful beach to swim or just relax and walk the powder sand. We had no issues at all and Steve is very reliable and responsive if needed. Would definitely come back here again, but stay longer next time:)
