A Dream Getaway at Ocean Palace Resort! I can't say enough amazing things about our stay at Ocean Palace Resort in Natal! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and breathtaking views of the ocean. The location is simply unbeatable—right on the stunning Via Costeira with direct access to the beach and minutes from Ponta Negra. The resort itself is gorgeous, with beautifully maintained pools, lush tropical landscaping, and plenty of space to relax. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had an incredible view of the ocean—waking up to that sunrise every morning was pure magic. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The food was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes served fresh every day. One of the highlights of our trip was getting our photos taken with Viva Photos—they were incredible! The team was professional, creative, and made the whole experience fun and memorable. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful and are now some of our favorite keepsakes from the trip. Whether you're looking to unwind by the pool, indulge in the spa, or explore the vibrant culture of Natal, Ocean Palace is the perfect base. As áreas externas do resort são boas, ótimas piscinas e bares para todo lado. As opções de comidas não são tão amplas quanto em outros resorts que já ficamos, mas são aceitáveis. Já as bebidas tem bastante variedades. A praia na frente não é própria para banho pois o mar é muito agitado e os guarda-vidas não indicam entrar na água se a maré não estiver baixa. O que realmente desagradou foi o banheiro com cheiro de barata (matamos uma andando pelo chão rs). No último dia solicitei para repor água no frigobar umas 20:00h e depois de 1 hora e meia sem retorno acabei descendo até o saguão para pegar. O funcionário nos acordou por volta das 22:30h com as águas. Um outro fato isolado que ocorreu nesse dia foi que um hospede bebeu demais e acordou todo o andar de madrugada "berrando" pelos corredores rsrs. Enfim, pelo valor cobrado (cerca de R$1.800,00/dia) achamos que a experiência em geral poderia ter sido melhor. Já ficamos em resorts com diária até mais barata e tivemos uma experiência melhor.

O hotel é bom, mas não é premium, Não se engane por opinião de youtubers. Pontos Positivos: - Funcionários simpáticos, treinados e amáveis. - Área de piscinas espetacular. Muitas opções, interligadas entre si, com bar molhado, cascatas, etc... - Serviços para crianças muito bem estruturado, com ótima área de brinquedos e monitores. - Praia boa e com boa estrutura. - Café da tarde (este sim Premium). Pontos Negativos: - A comida não é muito boa e variada. O restaurante central é Ok, mas não cumpre o propósito de resort premium. - As bebidas são disponibilizadas em locais específicos, dificultando pegá-las. Em resorts premium, freezers, chopeiras, bares etc ficam espalhados por toda parte para pegar bebidas à vontade. As bebidas, em si, são boas. - Suco natural, somente de laranja, no bar principal, no café da manhã e almoço (quando não acabam as laranjas). Em resort premium, o suco natural é variado e disponível 24hrs. - Água de côco natural, somente na praia. E normalmente acabam às 10 hrs da manhã, sem reposição. Se quiser água de côco na piscina, vá até a praia buscar ou beba água artificial. - Petiscos na beira da piscina fritos em óleo velho e difíceis de pegar. Filas enormes para servir um pratinho. Em resort premium, não é assim. - Xampu etc do quarto são aqueles bisnagões presos na parede igual ao do Ibis (Premium?) - Quarto com problemas: reboco soltando, tomadas não funcionando do lado da cama, aspecto antigo. Além disso, encontramos uma baratinha.

De início vale agradecer a funcionária que fez meu check in. Ela me ofereceu um up grade de quarto (pois o meu nao tinha vista para o mar), mas eu recusei. Ao final comentei que era niver da minha esposa e perguntei se conseguiria no hotel uma mini torta para ela; a funcionaria me explicou que era possível mas que o pedido precisaria ser com antecedência de dois dias. Bem, nao deu com a torta, mas suponho que esse tenha sido p motivo pra funcionária me dar um up grade sem custos pra um dos melhores quartos do hotel, um bangalô de frente pro mar. Só tenho a agredecer. Fora isso o hotel é oq os outros comentários ja falaram, as bebidas de primeira qualidade, tem Heneinken, Corona, Stela....espumante, os drinks são ótimos e a comida tbm. Tem comida o dia inteiro, petiscos pra área da piscina, lanche da tarde com uma pizza mto boa e hamburguer além do jantar no restaurante "comum" que estava sempre mto boa e com varias opcoes! Carne era picanha! Inclusive preferi a comida desse restaurante que a do italiano. Por fim a única coisa que achei ruim. Eu suspeito que a culpa era da lua cheia, mas o mar em frente ao hotel (onde já há o alargamento da areia, que é uma obra que estao fazendo em ponta negra) estava mto mexido e mto ruim de entrar, e olha que eu curto mar agitado. Pra criança e idoso nao é bom (ou não era nos dias que estava lá). Infelizmente queria ter aproveitado mais a praia.

Razoável. Há muito esse hotel necessita de profundos serviços de recuperação e melhorias das suas instalações e estruturas. Há muito que melhorar nesse quesito. Salva-se pela boa comida que oferece e o bom atendimento do seu staff.

Minha 3 vez neste hotel , notei uma decadência em gerenciamente conservação alimentação e limpeza, ainda esta razoável mas se continuar este mesmo tipo de GERÊNCIA não volto mais.
