Most of the shops are nearby, location is good. The room was clean but bathroom was not that good but not that uncomfortable. And the soundproofing is not very good. The kitchen and livingroom were pretty good. Staffs were really nice.

Pretty good for the price

This is a solid choice for a cheap stay that is also walkable to man other in Puerto Natales, including the bus station, grocery store, panaderia, bank, picadas... etc. Host Eduardo was very helpful and even drove me to one of my tours when I was going to be late. Place is pretty dusty, but that's kind of the atmosphere of Puerto Natales.

LOCATION: the location is ok, Puerto Natales is a small town ~20k people so pretty much anywhere you stay is going to be close to the Plaza de Armas and Marina. SERVICE: the staff was good, when they were around. Katie helped me book my tours and gave me some great recommendations. AMENITIES: basically none. It’s a bare bones hostel. The only amenity is that you can rent all your hiking equipment from them, including boots, which is really helpful if you don’t want to carry that around for your entire trip. SUMMARY: bare bones hostel w/helpful and nice staff. The rooms are all single or double beds and the walls are paper thin, so you can hear anything in the next room. Showers are really cramped and will be challenging for a tall person (I’m only 5’9” and struggled to fit inside the shower). However, this could be a great fit for anyone that wants to pay rock bottom prices and simply needs a roof and a clean bed to sleep in. Also, the equipment rental could be REALLY helpful for anyone that is backpacking around Chile or South America and this is the only stop on your trip where you’re going to hike. That way you could save room and not lug around any equipment, boots, etc.

Vieille bâtisse de bois typique. Très bien placée à deux pas du centre. Service rapide pour des inscriptions à des excursions. Propriétaire très serviable et sympathique. Confort très limité. Douche sur le pallier vieillotte. Limite pour ceux qui cherchent un bon confort. Suffisant pour les autres. Ambiance de treckeurs.

Amabilidad, buena atención, paciencia, una casa, un hogar en Puerto Natales, una casa con algo de antiguedad pero bien cuidada, me senti muy a gusto alojandome alli. Espero volver, parte de mi corazon de queda aqui y me llevo en mi corazon el haber pasado vacaciones aqui.

Alles super, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Zimmer, Bad und Küche waren sehr sauber und hatten alles, was man braucht. Es war richtig schön kuschelig warm, die Dusche funktionierte gut. Es gibt morgens ein kleines Frühstück und man hat die Möglichkeit, für wenig Geld seine Wäsche zu waschen. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige Manko war, dass es etwas hellhörig ist. Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, das Hostel liegt außerdem dicht beim Zentrum.
