Having owned this property since 2016, there has never been any issues with neighbors! It's a family friendly, walkable neighborhood. Ample off street and free parking. Guests reached out to me about the neighbors loudly arguing, and I was quite surprised. I answered their call, and they confirmed that the situation was under control and nothing more needed to be done. I had a personal friend that came to visit, and I had forgotten to manually put her on the calendar. I was able to quickly relocate her to another property.

I do want to apologize for the batteries going out! We have added that to our calendars so that it does not happen again! Over the years we have learned that different people take different views of a mattress and it's impossible to make ours feel exactly like the ones you sleep on at home. I did not intend to put anything in my home that anyone would find offensive. My grandfather made his living farming others cotton and rice. I'm from Texas and what I see as a sweet memory you find offensive?? I was raised in the 5th most diverse city in the US so it just was not seen in the same light. You were my guest and I do apologize if you were offended. Definitely not my intent.
