The room had seen some wear. Chipped furniture everywhere. The pillow were awful- extremely dense and large, our necks hurt the next day. The bed was also hard. The bedding was warm enough. Hotel was clean enough, you could tell they were doing the best with what they had. Staff was friendly. Walls are thin.

This hotel does not know how to keep reservation I booked king size bed with the application I use I did pay more for that when I arrive they did tell me they no longer have kings.room was OK but bathtub was dirty full of the hair from previous people nasty

All staff we encountered were very friendly, check-in was fast, room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that our room was right next to the breakfast prep area, so it got fairly noisy with banging and whatever else they were doing about 5 a.m. A room further away would not have that issue.

I am very impressed with this hotel. This is my second time staying here and i wikl return. Staff are friendly and knowledge. Helpful with every request. I would recommended to anyone who is traveling to stay hee.secn
Tried checking in and was told the remaining rooms were not clean because they did not have housekeeping. We had booked the room in advance at a great rate but had to go to the Hampton and pay almost double for a room. The manager Jeremy Wilson was not taking any phone calls and left the poor girl at the front desk to deal with the guest. We are Bonvoy members and have never been to such a poor Marriott hotel.

Guy at the front desk at first was not friendly at all until someone else to talk to him. First room a/c didn't work, there was wood pieces on the floor by the a/c. Carpet not vacuum very good. No syrup for the pancakes at breakfast.
Won't stay at this hotel again if visiting this area in the future. The lady on the second shift was very helpful & got us in a new room.

The property is clean. The hotel is clean. The room was clean. Maybe I just caught it on a bad day. It was busy weekend for the hotel but our towels smelled.
