"I’ve stayed here before and loved it. Specifically room 208. The shower in it was nice (must have been a wheelchair accessible room?), it was clean, smelled good. I stayed recently and it was like a stay from hell. We were put in a more outdated room with an older shower, which is whatever, just disappointing. But the people in the suite next to us, SNORING, coughing like they had tuberculosis all night long. We kept getting knocking on our door multiple times through the night on our first night, our second night we got a phone call. 2AM mind you, so we are sleeping like the dead. Then there were old crusted boogers on the wall? I love everything about staying at the castle, but I love my sleep not getting interrupted even more. So I’m not sure if that was other guests or staff, but it was weird. Parking is fine, it’s off a residential road near a children’s playset, it’s located in a cute small bit of the town, and throughout the day and night you can hear the train pass by, which is a personal favorite. "

"The heating system needs to be updated, very loud and always shut on and off. The chain lock needs to be updated with something more secure. The "breakfast" was bread, butter, coffee and juice. No cereal for the kids that came down. Hallway needs more lighting. The room was clean but the TV was tiny, maybe 24 inches. The staff at front desk was very nice. On a very busy street, so ask for a room not on that side."

"Absolutely loved our stay, as always! We put our “do not disturb” sign on our door the first night and when I exited my room the next morning a Staff member saw me and immediately asked if I was room 514. I said yes and she asked if I needed anything. So sweet and so above and beyond! The room was great, no complaints. This was our weekend getaway from life, children and all those stresses. It was perfect (again, as always). Even the lady checking me in was awesome. We chatted about the Outlets in Lee, Ma. and she gave us warm chocolate chip cookies. Assuming that’s protocol but was still awesome!! "
