Safe solo trip. Signage didn’t match maps. Expensive lodging. Beautiful and peaceful setting. “Express breakfast” was confusing. Restaurant seemed unprepared for carry out breakfast, but I had a better experience at lunch. Enjoyed daily calls from front desk. Fridge in room froze/ruined the food I brought in. Would attend their hot springs again but stay in neighboring town.

Hot springs were great. Variety of pools and temps. Super fast water slides. Infinity pool was our favorite as it had benches to sit on in the pool. Amazing views

Overall the facilities were pleasant and the springs pools very relaxing. The restaurant had excellent food and good staff but gets backed up. Our room, #49 was acceptable except for the slamming exterior door and machinery that for some reason happens after you go to bed and again in the morning around 4am, which shakes the entire wall and headboard of the bed. I'd not stay in the main hotel again.
