"Excellent stay! "

"Disgusting property and staff. Bathroom ceiling fell in exposing mold and mildew. Front door didn’t latch properly. Homeless people all over the property. Police activity in parking lot. Drug deals in neighboring rooms all hours of the night. Lights in room were broken. Phone in room didn’t work. No way to contact front desk from room. WiFi didn’t work. Still waiting on a refund. "

"The hotel was literally falling apart. The sink drained onto the floor. The walls had stains and spills. The bathtub drain didn't work. The refrigerator didn't work. There was not nearly enough parking for the number of rooms. The stairs and walkways were not just old and dirty, but were strewn with trash. "

"Our King Deluxe room was large and clean. Though I could hear noise in the hallway, the room was mostly quit at night. the maid service was very good. The Air conditioner was quitter then most."

"For the price we paid, i thought it was quite interesting that we got sample size shampoo/conditioner ?…. I’ve used hotels.com for most of our travel and this was one of the more expensive spots bc a lot already happening over the weekend so other hotels were full, but for this price, really sample size shampoo? we can’t put the dispensers in the bathrooms? We’ve stayed in reno before, but this was definitely a first for the cost and experience. we left a day earlier than planned, but not convinced that we will return for sample size items in room and overpriced food. Thankfully service at restaurant (Cafe Milano) very kind! "
