Rosy Casita is the perfect spot to central and south San Diego attractions, eateries and bars.

Our studio is situated behind an iconic Craftsman home. Our casita is cozy, well stocked for couples, small families & individuals looking for a relaxing space after a day out or a conference.

No matter the reason for your visit, we’re sure to make it a comfortable one.

The studio is completely private with the exception of the shared carport and driveway.

Things to note
The studio is in the back of a multi-unit property. As part of the arrangement with the neighboring properties, the driveway and parking accommodations are shared. As a result, we kindly ask that you take into account their narrow dimensions when parking or maneuvering vehicles.

The narrow width of our parking accommodations may require some additional attention while driving in and out, therefore we highly suggest you bring a compact car. It's important to note that there might be limited space for turning around, so if you have any concerns about parking or access, please contact me for further guidance.

Also note that this building is comprised of 2 back-to-back studios. While each studio is private and has its own separate entrance, they share a common wall.

Our neighbors love their furry pups and they can be vocal when outside. Ear plugs are provided for your comfort if you need them.

Rest assured, I strive to make your stay as convenient as possible. I understand that the narrow dimensions might not be suitable for everyone, particularly if you have a larger vehicle or are not comfortable with tight parking situations. However, if you're willing to accommodate these items, this relaxing studio offers a comfortable and convenient home base for your visit.

Great Stay

The check in process was easy, the neighborhood had lots of options for food if you didn't want to venture too far. The place matched the pictures exactly and the host was great.

Quaint

The place is very quaint but well taken care of. Its next to alot of shops and freeways for easy travel. The owner is very responsive as well. We'd stay here again in the future.

Had a great 2 week stay!

We had a really great stay at Rosy's. We stayed for just over 2 weeks. The studio was spacious, cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The location was perfect. It was so conveniently located to everything. Rosy was nice, friendly, had great communication with us, and gave us great recommendations. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to visit again!

Cute, comfortable place to stay

Rosy's place is wonderful. It's conveniently located in a good neighborhood. The studio itself is equipped with anything you could need. It's decorated well and is inviting and comfortable. Plus Rosy is an amazing host. She is the most attentive and best communicator host I've ever dealt with.

This was a quaint little studio apt. Very clean. I felt safe. I was only in San Diego for a 2-day business trip, but if I get the chance to visit again, I would stay here.

Awesome!

Had a last minute trip to SD and we got really lucky finding Rosy casita, it was just what we needed. Spent most of our time in downtown which is less than 10 minutes from the casita. Only downside was the dogs from the property next door, they were a little reactive but the owner did correct them when they were becoming too loud. Overall, great experience at Rosy casita!
