"The pictures are deceiving, it is an old house. It is a townhome that apparently doesn't allow trailers. There is a lot adjacent to the property that has trailers on it, but I could not get any answers as to where to park it. We came from Island Park snowmobiling and the intentions were to watch the hill climbs, which were cancelled. It's my fault for not reading all the fine print I guess. I was told to call the city of Jackson and a bunch of other things. Someone finally messaged me to tell me to park it in the lot. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom downstairs was old. There was no supplies in the kitchen unlike other places I have rented. The place where you put the garbage was stuffed full. Everyone was disappointed, a hotel would have been better"

"Overcharged for a outdated and in bad need of updating three bedroom three bath unit, your company did not let us check in one hour early which I thought was bizarre considering the amount of money we paid, Upon arriving the Internet did not work, they finally brought out a temporary Verizon hub I ended up figuring the Internet out myself, now onto the property, had to lean over in the master shower because it’s a weird set up lots of mold & bad caulking, I own several Vacation Rentals here in Florida and I would be appalled if someone did not like anything in my properties from beginning to end, please update the property immediately, oh, and the outdoor barbecue was disgusting and started a fire almost because it had not been cleaned and who knows how long, and watch out for the creepy neighbor, I had two young ladies with me that were freaked out by him. I know you have no control over that, but I would never rent this place ever again. I would sleep outside first or in my car before renting here again."
