"Very cozy, Room, extremely clean and bed comfortable. Thanks for having the mattress cover on tip of the mattress, made it even softer. This was wonderful. The games and puzzle board set up in the lobby is so thoughtful. The pool area is very clean. Towels kept handy. Thanks for the nice selection of the tea and having lemon water and ice water available and love the popcorn treat. Your decor is homey and makes this a home away from home. The private porch balcony and rockers were very relaxing. The breakfast being sealed made it easy to stay and enjoy or grab for the time we need to hurry along. I found all of the staff very capable and professional, We witnessed a guest who was pushy and demanding and the young lady at the desk stayed in control and never left the conversation get out of hand. She kept her tone level and respectful and that defused the situation at that time. You can be very proud of your people. The location of the hotel is convenient to so much. "The property was clean and well maintained. We chose this hotel because of the free breakfast versus other similarly priced options in the immediate area. We were very disappointed in the food service. The food was about what we expected but the staff failed to meet our expectations. They offered fresh fruit but we found some of the fruit offered was actually moldy. Worse, some one had pulled a very moldy orange out of the fruit basket and set it out on the counter next to the basket. Despite having made several trips to survey food levels the lady who was working in the kitchen and dining area failed to take and dispose of the orange. That just left us unsure of how much the staff worried about food safety"

"No cinnamon buns. The only thing that sets Holiday Inn Express apart from other mediocre breakfasts. No recognition from the staff for gold member status. Had to get our room key reprogrammed because someone attempted to enter our room. No apology."

"I loved everything about this property. The hot tub, indoor pools, the mini golf course out back, coy pond, walking path, and the room was clean! Very comfortable here and had a great stay! Definitely recommend!"

"Everything was great but we would probably want a room in the front of the hotel. Our room window was looking at trees. "

"The first day I checked in the young man at the desk was very sweet, pleasant and welcoming. The next morning the guy at the desk barely wanted to do his job. The young lady during breakfast was nice but watched everything you took. I was uncomfortable trying to select breakfast and top of having very minimal to eat. The maintenance gentle was very helpful when it came trying to fix the tv. The shower head is disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned in probably years. You can tell that the bare minimum is done when getting the room ready for the next guest. I personally would never stay there again."
