"We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. This was our first time in Sofia and we were surprised that the hotel was close to the airport and in the City Centre. It was walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. The staff were brilliant, very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and we had dinner at the Shades of Red which is the restaurant at the hotel. Excellent food and service. Thank you to all the staff making our stay there enjoyable."

"The hotel is rather plush and comfortable. There are lots of sculptures scattered about the public areas which is nice. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Parking in the hotel car park is charged at 10 lev per day. Our shower door leaked. There was pornography on the TV the moment I turned it on and disturbingly even when I changed channels the pornography came back when I left the tv unattended. The sauna and swimming pool are charged extra and expensive and a swimming cap is mandatory. "
