"The hotel was amazing with great amenities. The hotel breakfast has good variety and the large open window gives a view of a tropical garden/pond. I loved the amenities at the gym with a pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and ice bath. I will be coming back to this hotel on future trips to Taipei for the spa alone."

"The room wasnt as pictured the beds were very uncomfortable and when we had the room cleaned they gave us dirty wet towels i asked for new ones and never came so i never even asked again, the lights in my room were broken along with the a/c we stayed for 2 nights and i was going to check out after the first night… the belle staff was amazing and helpful thats what made the stay"

However, in the loft-style room we stayed in, the upstairs closet opened into what appeared to be a small storage area filled with miscellaneous items, which was quite surprising and a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that, the room was fairly clean and the overall stay was decent."
