"The Lodge is located little bit on outskirts of town of Banff with convenient and frequent public transportation Roam , route 2. The hotel provides 3-day bus pass to get around Banff , Banff Hot Springs etc. The room had balcony and was quite big with kitchenette and big bathroom ."

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay in Cabin 1. The area is so beautiful. We were very comfortable and there were enough towels and linens for the 7 of us. We found everything we needed to make our meals and everything was in working order. There was a number to text to request firewood and Danny was so friendly and delivered it for us quickly. My kids had fun watching the swallows swoop around catching bugs to feed their babies. Everyone in the cabins around us seemed respectful and we never had any issues with people violating the late night noise policy which was awesome. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for having us Tina & Steve!"

"We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Emerald Lake lodge! It was an absolutely wonderful stay! The property is gorgeous, breakfast buffet is very good and its in a great location!"
