"This is the ideal place to stay when arriving in Narita late at night after a long flight. The shuttle service to and from the airport is efficient as are the check in staff. The rooms are quiet, compact and pristine. Do get the breakfast which starts at 5.30am. On my first trip I didn’t as I noticed the convenience store Lawsons was on site for emergencies/ but the airport cafes don’t open early. Highly recommended. "

Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety—both American and Japanese options—and having two restaurant choices included was a huge plus. The Lawson in the lobby was super convenient for snacks and essentials, and the free shuttle made getting around easy. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again! "
